Incredible location! If you like snorkeling this is a perfect place to stay. Just footsteps from the beach and some beautiful, calm waters it is a location not to be missed. The hotel rooms are spacious and well appointed. The staff is wonderful. Be sure to ask for Garey, the concierge (butler) to make reservations or other arrangements on the island. He made sure our reservations and transportation were perfect. The hotel restaurants were very nice with solid food options and great service. Having a kitchen in the suite was a really nice option even though we didn't take advantage of it other than morning coffee. The pool, rooftop bar and spa were all great. Clean, well serviced, and nicely sized. Also, this hotel is pricy, but you absolutely get what you pay for. Worth it!

Firstly, the staff from the front desk to the security and pool boy are very welcoming and friendly. Kynesha was very helpful throughout our stay. I was truly impressed by all their professionalism. The room was immaculate and new. Everything was so worth every penny. Breakfast was good. Could have had breakfast at tables overlooking the beach. Outdoor fireplace at night was beautiful. Didn’t do the bar, but did use the hot tub on roof top. Also watched the sun set from rooftop. Beach was also beautiful, there weren’t any life guards really. We really loved our stay.

Service not great At check in , they said that will bring a complementary drink to us and never did Food options at restaurants on property very poor Continental breakfast is poor They limit you to one towel per person at resort where we paid 700$ per night it is laughable Music extremely loud by the pool at night Staff mostly not friendly or polite

We had a fantastic time here, everyone was very pleasant and quick to assist with everything we needed. The oceanfront location was amazing and we were able to get to nearby restaurants easily. I’d definitely recommend Windsong and plan on staying here again next visit!

We had an incredible stay at Windsong Resort in Turks and Caicos! Our ocean view suite was huge and absolutely worth it—waking up to that view every morning was unforgettable. The water was warm and crystal clear, and the customer service was top-notch from start to finish. We took full advantage of the spacious kitchen and the convenient shuttle to the market, which made meals a breeze. Insider tip: Don’t miss the rooftop bar! Whether you’re enjoying coffee at sunrise or a cocktail at sunset, the views are unbeatable—and there’s even a jacuzzi up there. Also, be sure to find Wilder at the bar—he’s a fantastic bartender! Everyone made my boyfriend’s birthday memorable- the staff again was great- we highly recommend!

First time on Turks and Caicos. Windsong was the perfect fit for our family. Room was perfect. Clean. New. Great space and had all the amenities we’d need including washer/dryer, cooktop, microwave refrigerator - all the things you’d need if you want to make meals in your room and with small picky eating kids was very helpful. Plus cost of dining on the island can be pricey - which can be annoying when your kids don’t “like” their meal! Will stay on food for a second. Overall island food was ok. Nothing blew me away except Omar’s Beach hut’s jerk chicken. Resort restaurant options was just ok. Definitely would not want to eat it every meal. The breakfast was good - continental included (got to choose 3 things - fruit, a bread, cereal or oatmeal) but could add 2 eggs for $5. Could eat overlooking beach which was an awesome view. Island service is not what I’m used to in the states. Not very quick. There was an option in bldg for what I’d call a traditional hotel continental breakfast option (can’t order add ons likes eggs etc) but if you need a quick spot to fuel up - could stop by the 4th floor room What we loved about this place was its location. On grace bay but on the west end of what I’d call resort row. So didn’t feel as touristy and maybe was a little more quiet, less people. Resort is smaller - think 100 rooms so never felt like you were at one of those giant all inclusive / cruise ship type setups. We would not hesitate to go back here

The property was clean, room was ready when we arrived and amenities in the room were good quality. We had convenient access to the pools and beach. The beach and sand were gorgeous and walking distance to Beaches resort but none permit outside guest. Close proximity to Somewhere outdoor on-beach restaurant but otherwise you need a taxi to get to shops and restaurants on Grace Bay Rd. We were charged a 5th and 6th person per day fee even though our room was for 6 people max. This was unexpected and very disappointing. Taxis were pricey at $10-15 per person per way.

Great hotel for families! Food is expensive and not that great, and the free breakfast is quite limited but overall seems comparable to other food in TCI. The Butler was very helpful to us in getting groceries, renting a car, and arranging day trips. Pools were great, beach is narrow but well-maintained, reef is right out front, which is a big advantage over other hotels. We would stay here again.

UnCrowded location . 10 min to grocery charge is $10 per person. Nice for walking on the beach and water sports activities. Continental breakfast has no varieties, but good enough to start your day. The days we stay in April were very windy therefore not able to use pedal boards .
