Great pools but they need to remain open for longer - officially closes at 5pm though a little leeway. Breakfast buffet extensive and something for everyone. Open 7am-11am which is helpful. Very helpful concierge Goran and taxi booking from Diana. Be organised about this especially as lots of traffic due to roadworks on airport and Kotor road. Excellent housekeeping staff. Beach towels available from beach itself also very useful. Nice bars and restaurants immediately outside and turn left for very pretty area with lovely seafood restaurants and secluded beaches. 20 minute walk to Budvar if you turn right out of hotel. Not the prettiest walk initially but bear with it as port area and old town lovely.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Clean rooms, friendly staff, private beach, swimming pools, and a well-organized entertainment program. We really enjoyed it.

Comfortable with helpful staff

Smoke smell on the family room, they mentioned that they will change our room the day after we came, the sent some clean lady to spray something the reduce the smell, they returned to us only after 3 nights when it was not relevant, During morning swimming again some service guy stopped me and asked me to leave as the pool is not open, of course no such sign told that, The view from the room was amazing to the beach, the breakfast was good as well.

Extremely family friendly hotel, tons of kids who just didn't seem to tire out despite the kids world, pool and beach. Entertainment all day long, from yoga to pool aerobics to bands. Staff was out power washing pool deck nightly, and scrubbing outdoor restaurant floor every morning. Best breakfast buffet in Europe. Didn't eat at the hotel in the evenings as options abound down the boardwark which runs right in front of hotel. Take the short walk to the point for sunset, its spectacular!

I cant praise this hotel much. One of the best hotels I have lived in a long time. Everything was absolutely perfect.

Overall a great stay. Pool is excellent as is the beach. Staff is friendly, and morning buffet is very good, although very busy as was the pool. No complaints.

Didn’t get an excellent rating due to the fact that this was suppose to be a 5 Star Resort. Didn’t even offer complimentary coffee in the room. Charged 2 Euros each. Didn’t appreciate the nickel and dime mentality. Overall pleased with our stays.

Upon arrival, I was given a room of lower quality than what I had booked and paid for. Only after insisting was I moved to a premium room as originally reserved. Unfortunately, the new room had a persistent drainage problem in the shower. Although a technician was sent, the issue was not resolved, and I had to spend four nights with a flooded shower. Multiple complaints to the front desk were ignored. I expect a formal response and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience.

Property is in great condition, like new, they maintain it very well. Hotel falls in VIP category of hotels.com and all promised perks provided (early check in, bottle of wine)
