The place in general is good, but I did not feel comfortable. The security people treat people like criminals. They always ask about personal things and ask to see the contents of your bags, even when you leave. This situation was very disturbing to me. Before I stayed, I noticed many comments talked about the same problem, and I didn't believe them. But after staying, I understood their feelings. Next time, I will not stay in this hotel.

The staff was very friendly and amazing. Everyone from the entrance of the hotel to the concierge desk, to the staff in all of the stores were extremely nice and helpful. Great hotel near a convenient location.

At check in Ahmad was on our arrival very friendly and helpful On checking out Mahmoud Adas was on duty and he was very friendly and nice too

I was given a very smelly room. I complained about it but nothing was done. At the end they just said sorry. The kettle was dirty and had some food. I made cup of tea with the dirt in it. Only found out the next day.

I would love there again the service is excellent

We had a great time at Ayass Hotel. The rooms were large and comfortable. There was a great and delicious breakfast buffet. We loved the food. The most important part was the hotel taxi experience. The hotel taxi was a very good and comfortable sedan. Our driver, a gentleman called Taleb Abbady, was a fantastic person. He knows everything and everyone in Jordan!! He showed us around the place, knew a lot of details - not just historical stuff but also local information, good travel hacks and lovely person overall. Our trip to Jordan would not have been half the fun it it weren't for Taleb. We thank Ayass Hotel for the taxi service and making us meet Taleb. Anyone visiting Jordan and staying at Ayass should ask for him.

Fine hotel but far from ancient ruins and old city

I reserved a room at this hotel only because they have a fitness center only to find out once I arrived that men are only allowed to use it after 7 p.m. ???? Men are also forbidden from using the pool before 7 p.m. ???? They entered my room without permission on the first day while I was out to stock the refrigerator although I told them when I left not to . Wasted money. Wasted trip.

A very nice hotel, but for westerners bear in mind that it has strict muslim rules for use with the gym/swimming area, so it is sex segregated. This was inconvenient for me because even though my son is still a child, he could not go swimming with me and therefore neither of us could use the pool. :(

Stayed here a few weeks ago. On busy street so plenty of food and other stores are nearby.
