Sports activity area areas not operational like Billiards and table tennis. Food was average. Housekeeping needs supervision and instruction. But it was not that bad.

Excellent hotel, had an amazing stay. Front office staff were very polite and helpful (best service ever). Was impressed with Housekeeping staff and lobby staff. Thank you to everyone for making our stay comfortable:)

Very good overall (staff, restaurants) but for some reason no more live football in sports bar, which I believe not acceptable for a 5-star hotel. But I understand that not everybody likes football...

Very organized place to stay, very clean room, friendly staff, nice buffet breakfast, I will book again if I return to the area in the future, was really a good choice

Amazing and unexpected welcoming of fresh fruit and dates with chocolate. That was very thoughtful for a traveler arriving at midnight. Extremely clean room with top notch accessories.

Good hotel to stay for buisness travel

The location is easy to find and the roads are not busy to the hotel. Great views and very peaceful.

Loved this hotel. Large room. Good views. Although on a main road but windows sound isolated. Clean. Food is very good with excellent variety. Had more than one restaurant so plenty of choice. Reception staff were very welcoming. Thank you.

Staff were friendly and very helpful, particularly at breakfast, in the steak restaurant and Maria (I think that was her name) at the reception desk.

The front desk staff were so kind and did not doubt to provide complimentary early check in when they saw our two small kids. Cleanliness of the whole facilities was good. The hotel was offering different amenities during the Christmas season with lot of tourists and local attending them. Gym and pool (temperature controlled) are nice. Breakfast buffet also counts with live station for eggs and pancakes.

The hotel was fantastic. The only negative point is that it is away from the city. There are no restonear by and you need a car to go anywhere from the hotel.

Facilities are great, but it is far far away from “downtown” Sohar.
