The location is good. We had a room with a small balcony that allowed us to step outside. The room faced a small street with activity and restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery store nearby. The curtains blocked daylight and the room was quiet.

Definitely not a four star hotel. The beds felt like they were full of bricks, the shower leaked, and the walls are not insulated. Far from impressed.

Good service, nice place!

Friendly staff, convenient location with a supermarket and an ATM nearby, decent breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable. Only downside is that the balcony in the room was tiny and looked into the backyard of someone's home but that was not much of a problem for us. Would return.

The Regency Hotel is very clean (noticeably so) and I found it to be a very peaceful and calming environment to stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful, I was very grateful for their assistance with some logistical issues I had during my trip. The hotel itself is situated in a part of the city that is quieter at night and I felt very safe there. It's easy walking distance to most things in the city. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it.

Good experience

I really like this hotel, and I have stayed in it a few times already. The location is great, on a quiet street but very close to the center. Brekfast is tasty and the staff is wonderful.

This is the second time that I've stayed at the Regency, and I highly recommend it if you're visiting Chisinau. It's centrally located on a rather quiet street, close to museums, restaurants, international organizations, and government buildings. There is also a grocery store with an ATM around the corner. If you are a runner, walker, or like to watch birds, the Regency is located near a number of parks. The rooms are spare but comfortable and well kept. There is a basic breakfast available. I have found the front desk personnel to be friendly and responsive.
