Lots of snacks and beverages for our 1-night stay.

This is a very nice and newly remodeled hotel. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast is well above average. The free minibar in the room was a surprise and provided some tasty treats and drinks. There is a lot to love about Ljubljana, and Cubo is a lovely place to stay. Only two minor complaints: 1) the room safe is pretty small—too small for a laptop and most tablets. 2) the rooms facing Slovenska Cest can be really noisy due to car and motorcycle traffic. If there is an event at Kongresni park (like a marathon) it is very loud in the rooms. I did not sleep well either night at Cubo, but otherwise it is exceptional place to stay.

I would definitely come back to this place because of the breakfast. Not only because of the breakfast, but truly—believe me—it’s amazing. I’ve never seen an included hotel breakfast with this level of class and quality. Don’t miss out on it. Parking was very easy as well. There were staff members taking care of the car, and whenever we needed it, we could simply call and they would bring it to us. The same level of assistance applied to our luggage, so we didn’t have to do any heavy lifting at all. The reception staff were very professional and kind—truly wonderful people. Thank you, Hotel Cubo, for providing us with such an amazing experience.

Excellent hotel. Fantastic location. Staff were very helpful. Rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. Note that our room had a "see-through" shower such that the shower was in a glass stall in the main room so anyone in the room could see the into the shower. Not a problem for us, but could be an issue if guests weren't close. Note that all rooms are not like this.

When I say this hotel went above and beyond, I mean it. I screwed up my booking and arrived a day early. They not only phoned around to find a close hotel with an opening for the night (as they were full that night), they got all of my luggage to the other hotel, gave me a complimentary drink, got my luggage back on my actual reservation day, and gave me the best recommendations for food and coffee. And that was just the amazing staff! The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and spacious. I can’t say enough good things!

Very friendly and attentive staff, modern and great location

Very convenient, stylish, just one consideration about amenities, shower gel and shampoos should be in greater amount. We didn’t have breakfast at hotel as there are excellent coffe places around the hotel

The staff are just fantastic, the rooms splendid and the meals outstanding. One of the best we have stayed at in the world and we have stayed at The Savoy, The Ritz etc.

We had a lovely welcome by Nate ( not proper spelling) who couldn't have been nicer. Great lication with easy access to walk just min to the old town and near a big grocery store. Fantastic breakfast.
