I was traveling from USA with my family. I had booked four rooms and requested transport from the airport. The van was waiting for us when we were through in the airport. It was a four minute ride. The staff handled all of our baggage right to our rooms. The concierge was ready for us at check in. Everything was seamless. Our rooms were perfect. Spotlessly clean, quiet and the bed was memorably comfortable. Our group of 8 people ate an amazing meal, late night dinner, in the restaurant. Breakfast in the morning was not complimentary but it was an extensive buffet and we enjoyed it. We stayed again on our return. Everything was consistently perfect, including our second meal in the restaurant We requested a shuttle back to the airport at 4 am which was ready and waiting for us. I commend the management and the staff for their competence and organization. This is a very well run hotel and I recommend it highly.

Next to airport near of everything

Quite place, sleep , eat, drink swimming pool, exercise, That’s all we need

Initially we were given a room right next to the gym and pool with loud music and noise of attendees at the pool. At the end, they allowed us to switch room after we complained. Didn’t like the fact that we placed us there in the beginning.

One of the best Holiday Inn that we have stayed at. The staff is really helpful. We departed at 4am and they had cofee, orange juice, rolls and even a sandwich. Really helpful!

quite close to airport all around good place but not much around

A friend and I stayed here as we heading to and coming from the Galapagos Islands. We felt very safe and comfortable. We were met at the airport by a driver both times and were able to get a convenient shuttle to the airport. The restaurant was good and staff was friendly and helpful.

So very convenient to the airport. The staff looked like they really took pride in their jobs. Enjoyed a nice supper right on the premises. Had to leave too early for the breakfast. All in all, would definitely stay here again and strongly recommend to anyone else.

We wanted a place right by the airport as we had a morning flight the next day. This hotel worked out perfectly. They had a free shuttle to and from the airport and a restaurant at the hotel so we didn’t have to go anywhere to find food. Very easy and convenient and nice rooms.

Loved the shuttle service, and the assistance provided. The safety and distance from the airport were top notch.

I requested a shuttle pickup, no bus was there, i ended up walking to hotel.

Excellent staff, friendly, and efficient. Clean room, great restaurant. very close to the airport, yet my room was incredibly quiet.
