A solid 3 star resort. Below par in a lot of things to include having mould in the rooms and poor bedding. Some of the fixtures in the bathroom were broken. We asked for a room change and still found the same issue such as broken fixture, mould and the bedding had an odour and lets not talk about the wifi. The island is beautiful thought with great staff and the food was good.

Had a wonderful stay at Iririki, the resort is beautiful and the view from our Deluxe Spa room was epic. Loved watching the sunsets from our balcony every day. The staff are so warm and friendly, food was great and so many activities included to fill the day. Loved the enormous Sunset pool and bar. Easy ferry ride across to the main island. We were sad to leave!

Aggressively average. Things here are similar prices to Australia. The bathroom smelled bad, kind of like old pee or terrible cleaning supplies. Also we ordered lunch at the pool on our last day and because they were so slow making our food (50min a burger and a wrap), we asked where it was and they hadn’t even started making it!!! We were late to our airport transfer, took another 20min to get a refund. So after all that we didn’t even get lunch! On top of that, none of the staff had any sense of urgency to help us. Shame because there’s so much potential.

Not a 5 star resort. No buggies to rooms, very average breakfast lacking fruit and baked goods. Property is dated. Construction right in front of our room for the entire stay

Great resort, it's being slowly upgraded/improved and things do happen slow in this country. Overall it's a great place and so naturally beautiful.

The bathroom was not very clean, there was hair in the shower that was not mine. I was also very disappointed that the tour I booked was cancelled only an hour before it was supposed to start. I had no idea it could be cancelled. I had no time to book another tour and my entire day was turned upside down.

Amazing location. There is a free ferry running all day long to a beautiful private island with prestige water. You need walk up and down hills but it's a beautiful walk. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. You will fell at home. Rooms are dated, the whole resort could do with an update. Food was pricey for what it was. Resort could hire a better chef for sure. I don't mind paying resort prices if quality is there but unfortunately it was disappointing. Overall I say it's a great place if you are looking for tranquility, nice walks, kayaking and snorkeling.

The staff were all amazing. Very hard working and friendly. Owner/leasership feedback- supportbstaff by organising resources to wash down bathroom and bedroom shutters that we cleaned as they were very dusty Also with high price to stay, invest in new modern firnishing in Bura's ie. chairs and TVs that are more user friendly to use and dont lose internet access

If you're concerned about needing to ferry to and from the island constantly - don't be. The ride takes about 2mins and the boat operates constantly. The longest you'll ever wait is 5 minutes. We stayed in a waterview fare though not over the water but still excellent. Island has pools on either side as with the bars and restaurants. This means even at peak time (after Christmas) it never feels full of people. The snorkelling was surprisingly excellent, heaps of fish including clown fish despite there not being a reef.

Iririki Island Resort & Spa has a fantastic location, with the biggest highlight being its close proximity to Port Vila. It’s incredibly convenient to pop over to the mainland and enjoy the wide range of restaurants, cafés, and shops, which really adds flexibility to your stay. The staff are another standout. Everyone we encountered was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, always willing to help and make sure guests feel comfortable. Their warm hospitality definitely enhances the overall experience and reflects the relaxed, island-style atmosphere Vanuatu is known for. On the downside, the resort’s facilities are starting to feel a little dated and would benefit from a general uplift or refurbishment. While everything functions as expected, some areas lack the modern feel that many travellers now look for in a resort of this calibre. The food options available on the island are fairly average. While convenient, they don’t quite stand out in terms of variety or quality, which makes the easy access to Port Vila dining even more important. Overall, Iririki Island Resort & Spa offers a pleasant stay thanks to its location and excellent staff, but could be significantly improved with upgraded facilities and stronger on-site dining options.
