The hotel staff and owner were very nice, accommodating and friendly. The hotel itself could do with some renovations, as there is a musky/damp feeling at all times in the room and hotel. You can hear everything in the hall and the lobby area - even though I was on the 2nd floor. The breakfast could also be improved and alternatives provided. When staying so many days, you want a bit more. The location is good as there are food options but if you are traveling for work and want to eat something in the room in the evening, this is not an option.

Not our first time in this hotel. Great staff service, as usual! They'll help you with anything you request. I had to do a little working this time, and they were very accommodating. With a only a couple glitches, free hotel wifi was more than enough for remote working. The building and its location are both great. We've enjoyed our stay every time. Rooms are not luxurious but are comfortable enough. If I had to ask for any improvement, I'd say showers need a bit of work. Not the best. We'll continue our visits , though, we love it.

This is a real gem of a place. The whole building is artistic and beautiful, and the owner (who lives onsite) is a charming character. The staff could not have been more helpful: it was raining out, so they ordered food to be delivered to the hotel for me. They also helped with money exchanges and taxi rides, and made breakfast for me, despite the fact I was leaving at 5am to catch a flight. The bed was so comfortable and cosy too. I would love to stay here again, and recommend that you do the same.

This place is an excellent get away. Staff is extremely friendly and attentive. The owners are always around to make sure you are taking care of. It's only 3 blocks away from major restaurants and night life if you're interested in that kinda fun. The place is clean and ultra Quiet. I will definitely go back and also recommend this place to anyone.

Las instalaciones y el hotel en general estaban muy limpias y buenas. El personal muy amable. Tuvimos un solo inconveniente y fue que nos corrieron del hotel inmediatamente hicimos el check out, aún sabiendo que ya había consultado el día anterior si podíamos hacer uso de las instalaciones pues mi vuelo salía ese día en la noche y el check our fue a las 10 am. Me pareció irrespetuoso, así hayamos hecho el check out deberiamos ser tratados como clientes. Nunca antes me había pasado en otro hotel, en ninguna parte del mundo.

Es un hotel diferente a todos, muy pintoresco, con una estética muy particular. Me encantó. tiene misterio y magia. está super bien ubicado en una zona residencial segura. muy cerca de complejos gastronómicos de buen nivel y de importantes shopping

Para que não tem preguiça de andar tem um excelente custo beneficio, próximo do principais locais que fui visitar, da para ir ao shopping a pé.cafe da manhã modesto, mas não deixa a desejar.

No tenía el cable del teléfono no me podía comunicar, muy chico el espacio de bañarse, olor a humedad, no controlan el estacionamiento afuera se deja en la calle ( hay guardia) pero cada uno estaciona como quiere y se quedan sin estacionamiento

El hotel está muy buen ubicado, las habitaciones son adecuadas. El desayuno correcto, pero sin muchas opciones. El hotel tiene su estilo, me gusto. Pero obviamente, no derrocha lujo.
