En general me gustó todo muy limpio ordenado el personal muy amable en todo momento , su ubicación excelente con acceso a todo un lugar muy seguro . Exelente lugar lo recomiendo al cien

The staff is friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast is a great way to start the day with plenty of tasty options. The rooftop is a great place to enjoy the pool, a beverage or even a full meal while overlooking the city. This hotel is in a wonderful location for eating and shopping.

De entrada no hay quien te reciba, hay q subir el ascensor para llegar al lobby y no hay como señalización que diga q al subir llegas al lobby del hotel, la comida muy común y panes no se sentían frescos. Creo q está sobrevalorado. Solo su Rooftop 100/10 por la vista en la noche muy bonito. El parqueo súper lleno, tocó dejar el auto como debajo de una tubería del hotel supongo.

The restaurant food for after breakfast hours needs more attention for quality!

Clean rooms, staff willing to help in any way they could. They asked me constantly if there was anything I needed. They made my stay so much more enjoyable than I expected. I could not recommend this hotel more all the staff go above and beyond to make your trip as comfortable as possible.

Se reservó habitación con cama doble(2 camas) y terminaron acomodandome en una cama y les valió solo dijeron que tuvieron inconvenientes. CARISIMO Y PÉSIMA ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE O RESOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS. Recepcionistas serios, pedantes y arrogantes.

The rental of the pool for the public that does not stay in the hotel creates a hostile and overpopulated environment .

We've stayed here for several years and have been very happy every time. The best thing about the hotel is (most of) the people that work there: the maids, the wait staff in the restaurant, etc. During our most recent stay, though, things did seem a bit less wonderful than previous years. One word of advice: If you want to high floor (there are six floors total), you should NOT choose the sixth floor! The pool (and the parties) are on the roof and there was some noticeable noise. Worse than that, for me at least, is that the sixth floor doesn't have an ice machine! (The fifth floor does.) So you either have to call for someone to bring you ice or go to the bar on the roof to ask for some. Ugh. Don't ask me why, because they have the same spot on the sixth floor where the ice machine is on the fifth floor. Oh yeah, and you can only access your floor using your room key, so you can't just go to the fifth floor to get ice, either.
