Mold on the bathroom and bedroom ceiling. The walls were too thin - could hear conversations in the adjacent room if the AC was off. Could hear kids crying across the hall. The doorbells in adjacent rooms would seem like someone was ringing the bell in our room as the walls were so thin. Could hear the adjoining rooms alarm clock at 5 am. Happened both mornings we were there. Was a non smoking floor but someone was smoking in their room. The hallway stank when we got out of the elevators one evening. The towel had a lipstick stain on it. Would not recommend this hotel nor would I be staying in it again. Breakfast was decent.

I had previously stayed at the Intercity Muscat and was so impressed that I booked Intercity Salalah on my next trip. This hotel is absolutely beautiful and right in Central Salalah. Rooms are beautifully appointed and very comfortable although the bed was a little hard. It was nice to have a balcony but it was very small and not even a seat out there. Service here was absolutely impeccable. The staff cannot do enough for you. The pool is very small and very shallow. That was a little disappointing. Breakfast buffet was also a little disappointing but I don't think there were many guests staying there and having more choices would just lead to more waste. The hotel is very modern and clean. It was delightful to stay at. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

The front desk staff is professional and courteous. The room was incredibly clean. The lay out of the breakfast was impressive.

The bed was damp the ceiling had mold on it

My stay was pleasant. The hotel is pretty new and the staff were very helpful. I highly recommended this hotel for the 3 Star hotel.

The only small issue i had that bed mattresses are hard and not aoft and pillows, overall experience is nice and clean in great location, Great for business travellers, staff are very supportive

I loved every thing and if there is a chance that i am inSalalah i will go for sure to intercity.

The room was clean, food was great Location is very accessible

Breakfast variety has to be looked into. Reset overall it is very nice and clean hotel will rate overall 4/5

The location is good in city centre. Room is big and comfort.

Very good and quick check in , i was offered balcony and corner room top floor.Reception employee so helpul.comfortable bed the room was lovely and bathroom excellent and large walk in shower.Breakfast was good choice fresh fruits cereal and eggs. Air con and wifi excellent in the room with fast speed.I had lunch 3 times in the hotel very good service and everything is freshly cooked.All the staff at hotel were most helpful courteous and nothing was too much trouble for then .fridge and kettle in the .room which was useful and free water every day Hotel price very reasonable for quality of the hoel Higjly recommended

Excellent location,neat & tidy,well maintained.Still the Same as it was during my previous visit in 2016.

This is a perfectly nice hotel developed by a German company. Great service especially Arjun who was exceptionally helpful and professional. There are a few small things that are minor but could catch up with the place if not watched like a shower that drains way too slowly. But nice room, interesting area (two minute walk to super market), good breakfast selection.

Good experience, Friendly staff, well positioned, clean and comfortable, but thin walls

Hotel staff was very accommodating. We arrived at the hotel at around 8am. Check in wasn't until 2pm but they had a room a available and allowed us to check in early. They were always helpful and friendly. They had lots of parking. Hotel was in a safe area. The Grand Mosque was close by. It was easy to get around. Would definitely stay there again.

This hotel does not meet international standards. While the room was ok, it smelled strange and felt dirty. Also, the breakfast was lousy and the only good thing was the staff. We would not stay here again also we cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. It's just a really bad option. Pay a little more and stay somewhere nicer.

The staff of the hotel is very nice but unfortunately everything else is not. I cannot believe this good rating because it does not reflect the reality in any way. The rooms are nothing as shown on any of the pictures and half of the rooms are very dark because the windows are small and in between of wall pillars. Windows were very dirty. There is no soundproofing and you can even hear the neighbor snoring. We had two rooms on two different occasions (first stayed two nights and a few days later one night, three people in two rooms) and there was always something with the rooms, either there were no towels or only one pair of slippers or we only got one key card for two people etc. These are small things but they make a big difference. The air in the room was very stuffy and there was a strange smell. Something was leaking in the toilet and there was a puddle of water in the middle of the bathroom in the morning. The breakfast is very, very poor. Food is very low quality and separately charged cappuccino was just bad (probably instant cappuccino). There is some choice of food but everything looks and tastes awful and old. Free parking was good and the hotel shuttle was good (10 riyal’s) also. I cannot recommend this hotel. Despite of the great staff there is really no reason to stay at this hotel.

The hotel has incredible mountain and sea views. The staff are amazing! Naseem is the chef and he is a culinary artist! Hossein cleans the room meticulously. Everyone is so kind and nice and greet you with a genuine smile. I have stayed at this hotel twice and I just want to keep coming back!
