Just one night stay for next day transfer. Hotel is clean and service is good. Hotel lobby has airport self-checkin machine made things easier.

Very close to airport, very clean, excellent breakfast buffet, nice indoor pool, tiny, but nice with a super hot steam room and sauna. They helped us arrange a private taxi driver for a day sightseeing around Quito before we took off to the Galápagos Islands the next day.

The breakfast was extravagant, the hotel is beautiful, the room was very nice, but the shuttle system needs improvement. We were at the airport shuttle pickup, there were seats again the van, and the driver told us to wait for a small car. The driver of the small car was looking for other people and did not offer us a ride to the hotel. Finally, the original shuttle returned and transported us to the hotel. Not a good way to welcome guests. We are always offered some type of alcohol for our Silver status VIP welcome gift. We wish Expedia would offer something else. I’m allergic to alcohol.

We needed to leave the hotel on 4:00 in the morning and we asked if there are any kinds of breakfast box available. Person at reception said no, but coffee stand is available in the restaurant from 3:00. So we went to the restaurant on 3:50 to grab coffee, but there were sandwiches and some pastries! If we knew it, we had gone to the restaurant earlier, or if hotel can just provide to go box, it can be breakfast box! In addition, there was coffee stand but no paper cups. If hotel can provide paper cup and to go box, it would be very nice for the guests who need to leave hotel early in the morning to catch the early morning flight.

Everything was perfect for our overnight stay to catch an early nmorning flight

24-7 shuttle to the airport leaving every 30 min was very convenient. Included buffet breakfast also made it easy to grab a bite before flying.

We had a short turn around as we passed through Quito from the Galapagos to return home. we arranged the VIP Airport transfers and were very pleased. signed pickup at the airpot and a quick 5 min transfer to the hotel. the welcome was wonderful with pleasant and very helpful reception. the room was clean and very quiet (as we went to bed at 6:30 PM and awoke at 1:00 AM to depart for our flight. We had an early supper and drinks at the hotel bar which was very tasty and reasonably priced. Only thing is we missed the breakfast due to our "Early" departure! the VIP transfer was extremely helpful at 01:30 AM easily whisking us back to the airport. We would readily stay at this property for future travel through Quito!

Room was very clean and quiet. A plentiful breakfast was included. Very close to the airport with shuttle running every half hour. Dinner was good and reasonable price wise.

This is our second stay and we will be staying again next month. The only thing I would recommend the hotel adding would be either bar soap or a washcloth, of which neither is provided in the bathroom. Otherwise, you need to remember to bring your own.

The restaurant serves the most delicious local foods! Service is excellent. We had an amazing diner, and we were very sad to miss the breakfast buffet since our flight was very early am. I look forward to staying at this hotel again next time I fly to Quito.

The breakfast is absolutely awesome. The staff is professional, courteous and at the same time sort of down-home friendly. Everything is top-notch.
