Despite me following up several times prior to arrival to ensure everything was in order, hotel staff did not seem to be aware I was coming. Clerk at reception told me I needed to pay immediately and also pay an additional amount for my wife. She was expressing an unusual and strange urgency regarding this while I got my documents out proving to her that I had already paid in full for two guests via Hotels.com. This exchange set the tone and made me uncomfortable. Room was not tidy upon arrival and lacked towels and toilet paper. They did end up cleaning the room properly on the second day. I think overall this may have been a decent hotel pre pandemic but they no longer seem to have any idea of how to run a hotel unfortunately.

all stay was not bad until I found out there were bedbugs just this thing completely messed it up, everything else is ok

The staff was very professional and helpful. The location was excellent as it was easy to find and easy to get to other locations in Kigali.
