The hotel was very beautiful and really clean. Everything about this hotel was very well designed. I was on a solo trip for the first time in Jordan and as part of a bday trip. The staff went above and beyond and the view of the city from the property was simply amazing.

Excellent welcoming, professional staff, room service are amazing if you ask for something you will get it for less than 10 minutes, the room was amazing, small details were thoughtfully chosen beginning with the hand soap, face cleanser, personal hygiene…. decorations, were special, I can’t say enough. Thanks to everyone for making our short stay unforgettable.

The hotel staff mostly are good except the room service need to take care of the guest details that he has! The hotel structure is a little to much intricate and like a maze which a little uncomfortable!

Excellent hotel in a well located area. Close to the Boulevard but also an easy taxi ride into the old town. The staff make the hotel. Everyone was so friendly and went out of their way to help us (including arranging a shipment via DHL back to London for a spontaneous purchase!). Rooms are comfortable and clean and everything worked perfectly. There is a nice pool area and the gym was well equipped. We will definitely return when staying in Amman!
