Very nice location with easy access to the old city but high on a hill so not for the elderly or infirm. Friendly helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Parking on premises. Would stay here again.

Check in was fast. They provide free parking, space is limitted. They have good food choices for breakfast.

In good location , hotel is tastefully decorated, very clean and up-to-date,. first day, the breakfast was great, second day, we went to have breakfast around 9 (breakfast time 7 to 10), somehow not enough food already.

Beautiful location over looking the mountains. Everything near by.

The hotel Aziza has a Wonderful history. It sits at the top of the hill with an amazing view of the city. The climb is hefty but worth it. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The room and bathroom are spacious and clean. The breakfast is also full of variety. Would definitely recommend the hotel!!

The hotel is walking distance of the main Sarajevo tourist attraction, Bascarsija. It is downhill walking, but going back up to the hotel can be hard if you are not used to walking. Many people were using taxi for their return journey. The hotel is clean, accommodating and has a friendly staff.

The property was very spacious and clean . The owner was supper nice and available all the time . About 8 min walk to old town . Strongly recommended . Thank you

No complimentary water provided, toilet flush went out of order for two days, poor breakfast spread, and some staff unpleasant

Hotel not prepared for access to old and handicapped. Receptionist at arrival was a nice lady. Room smelled a little when I first arrived. Room size is good but Ac for heating doesn’t work except when you have the card in the room. Although I put the Ac on 24c, the temperature inside the room never got more than 21 and I woke up cold, it was even 19.8c Very uncomfortable. Earlier the receptionist told me that breakfast time was shifted from 7 to 8 which was fine with me. In the morning, at 10:15 I tried to take coffee from the machine in the breakfast hall, the receptionist told me it was closed and I should have been there earlier! Never offered any solution, he just said it was written on the envelope. The breakfast quality is average and definitely not appetizing food was there like 2 hours ago. Variety is Hotel is located on a steep road. Can’t go anywhere without a car, especially for older people and kids.

My stay was good , rooms are excellent , food was nice and most of hotel staff is great except for an incident that happened from the cleaner. I put the label “ do not disturb” when i went for breakfast. Surprisingly, when i returned i saw the room was cleaned and i had few valuable stuff in the room.

Super friendly and helpful staff with an amazing location that is just a short walk away from the old market in Sarajevo yet still quiet. The hotel itself is well maintained, clean, and modern, and the included breakfast each day was a huge plus. Cannot recommend the Hotel Aziza and Sarajevo highly enough!

This is a beautiful family run hotel on the hillside above the old town. The view from my room which had a balcony was spectacular. The old town is just a few minutes walk away down a steep hill. It takes a bit longer coming back up the hill. The city itself is slightly chaotic so this oasis of calm is very welcome. We did spot a small bus which runs up the hill but getting transport information in Sarajevo is not easy. Breakfast was really good. They dont serve food in the evenings but the old town is very close by with a wide variety of opportunities. We were able to get a beer at night. The city itself offers an experience very different to other places in Europe.

The staff were all very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is a quite bit away from the main attractions and up a steep hill. The room was clean and quiet, but was never cool enough.
