Good hotel for a short term stay

Very courteous staff, very grea faciliand very nice food !!

The amenities were modern,staffs were polite and very delicious breakfast

Great Staff in Onomo Kigali, friendly and respectful team especially their Reception Team, whom accommodated my requests during my stay. Amazing food so I am sure their chief is extremely impressive as well as their waiters and waitresses were absolutely friendly and professional first class service. Finally the house keeping team, nothing short of perfect in keeping my room clean and organised, every single day with no expense spared in their efforts to also spray the room for insects as I requested. Thank you Team ONOMO and I appreciate all they have done from management to every staff member.

The staff was professional and courteous. The linen in the room was off color and looked old (used to be white but looks more like cream in color).

I came to see a doctor

I never stayed at the hotel due to me missing my flight and I tried to cancel it throu the app but I couldn’t and also I tried to contact the property and it didn’t work

This place is truly excellent, and the service provided is impeccable.

It's a nice place to stay. The only problem is the room is only for one person, for couple you have to add more money.

I was told there are no rooms mini bars. These are now essential especially if the guest is on medication which requires refrigeration

Service has definitely deteriorated over the years. Rooms are ok for a short stay.

We had a good experience at the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful and the food - both a selected dinner and the breakfast buffet - met our expectations. It was a short stay, but the quality of the hotel helped with our transition from Kenya to Rwanda.

Average. Moatly the breakfast experience wasnt great. Table not set with condiments, no sauces, omlette cook couldnt speak english hence got the order wrong 3 times, response time of breakfast staff way too slow, salt shaker broken and empty, no butter, requested cheese and wasnt received after an hour. Drastically under catered for number of guests. For.this calibre hotel this expereince was most disappointing and unexpected.

Its value for the money. Not too expensive. However they need to improve the quality of the food urgently!

Twin beds are the worst beds posisble 3ft wife beds you wake up with back pains

I had booked another hotel and was shocked at the state of it (no AC and not really a hotel), so quickly left and my driver recommended Onomo. I am so glad he did! It was modern, well air-conditioned, had a good simple gym & a delish breakfast!
