having a locked door in our apartment that was someone else' room was a bit odd. the phone in our apartment did not work even to call the front desk. There was only hot water in the shower, it is hard to bathe a toddler when cold water would only come out in the beginning for only a few seconds. It would then go straight to hot, did not matter how much we tried to adjust it.

Resort was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pools were pretty, clean and maintained. Beach was peaceful and quiet vs. busier tourist areas

The all inclusive package was worth the money and there were a variety of restraints to choose from. The beds and pillows are hard as a rock.

Staff was amazing and kind, food at the tiki bar was also wonderful.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at Divi Village. This was a very expensive vacation, and unfortunately it was nowhere near worth the money. One of the biggest issues was the shuttle service. The shuttles were barely running, making it extremely difficult to get around the property, especially since I was traveling with young children. We spent far too much time waiting or trying to figure out how to get where we needed to go. Another major problem was that there was no water in our room, which is simply unacceptable for a resort charging premium prices. It made our stay uncomfortable and frustrating. The only positive part of our experience was the food and the restaurant staff. The meals were very good, and the people working in the restaurants were kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. They were the highlight of an otherwise disappointing trip. Overall, I would not recommend Divi Village. For the amount of money we spent, I expected much better service, reliable transportation, and basic amenities. Sadly, this vacation did not live up to expectations.

The all inclusive deal was very deceiving. It only included 2 sit down restaurants and 3 bars. The locations that we were close to closed early. There was no food or drink service on the beach. Their trolley would take you to different resorts however it depended on the driver if they would even take you to another resort if your room was not there. When in those “inclusive areas “ not everything was covered in the package. The area that had entertainment was not easily accessible. The entertainment was not advertised. There was no day entertainment except a dj at certain pools.

First time staying at Divi Dutch, last time stayed at Divi Golf. The rooms are a lot larger and nicer at Divi Dutch and our 1 bedroom was 2 floors. Divi Dutch is a little further from the main restaurants that are at Golf however the shuttles make it easy to get to. The Tiki Bar is nice but missing some of the staples that the rest of the restaurants have. One great thing about Dutch is that the beach is easily accessible. The pools are also great.

Overall it was great.

The travel/shifting around to get to main dining is a bit hectic and not onsite, necessarily. You have to find shuttle carts to get to main dining.

The property was close to a lot of the nice beaches, bar, restaurants and shopping centers.

The beach has rocks so nice view but you need to go to a nearby beach Staff very slow and sometimes not very efficient. In the night there was nobody in the lobby . To be honest it seems people is not well paid and not have much energy to work. People was nice but not very efficient we do not know if they did not understand or they were not so fast to act. One plus is the carts that take you everywhere.

We had an amazing time at Divi Dutch Aruba! All the staff were kind, attentive and helpful. Shuttles were always available in minutes and the food was delicious. Great pools, drinks and atmosphere. We will definitely return again!

The air-conditioning in the room did not work. The fan went on when we didn’t want it. The phone didn’t work once it took me three days to get the phone to be fixed so I can have a dial to this trip was terrible. I thought I purchased all incentive. All I got was a free breakfast. This trip was terrible!!!!

Hotel room was clean, the ONLY pool bar that was included in the all-inclusive plan, was out of something everyday, bottled water, orange juice. Bar staff was not friendly or welcoming, paying for inclusive here is a waste.
