AS always the staff are exceeding expectations.

As per my previous reviews. This hotel has excellent , pleasent, and helpful staff. The only problem with it is that it is a bot dated and need renivation in the furniure and bathroom areas.

The staf was amazing, especially Oudai, Hamza, Nariman, and Abdulrahman. They were amazing even when we were wrong. They helped us to the max.

Everything was perfect but the bad thing , every morning housekeeping staff start screaming and yelling at each other early in the morning around 8 AM and that's what woke me up everyday no matter what time I slept. Service in the pool was not up to standard and had to wait long time to get my order and they always apologize and keep repeating same attitude
