Wish hotel staff can speak more English

Convenient located in front of a Shopping Mall and supermarket. Easy to get to and from airport.

Great location and amazing value

Only 2 elevators and they need 4! Worse your competing with the maids to use the elevators! Lots of time lost because elevator is very long wait times! The cleaning must stand down when customers need access! Very frustrating!

Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Within walking distance of two large shopping centres.

Perfect hotel to stay at, located right at the hearth of downtown Asuncion. Priced at a really good rate, this is a must stay at hotel.

Atención bastante buena, es lo que se espera, habitaciones bastante pequeñas, pero si estas por trabajo, mas que suficiente. Me tocó una habitación bien limpia, buen equipo de a.c. Enfrio muy rápido la pequeña habitación. Desayuno es a partir de las 6:30 un poco tarde si estas hospedado por temas laborales y empiezas a las 7 en el trabajo. Si estas pocos dias, es una opción a considerar. Pero por su precio, hay otros hoteles un poco mejores con piscina y habitaciones mas grandes y desayuno mas variado.

Ibis is part of the Accor group of hotels and so they maintain a standard. This hotel is a Red Ibis which means it is upgraded compared to green and blue. However, amenities are still very basic. They provide you with two towels and one floor towel. There are three pillows but there is no extra blanket and so you have to use the duvet/comforter as the blanket. The bed is firm but comfortable. Linens and towels are white and clean. They have a bidet in the restroom. They provide two very small facial soap. The shampoo is in a refillable container attached to the wall. They have a safebox for your important belongings. It is located along the main highway that connects the airport and the centro historico. It is 10km or 6.2 miles away from the airport. It is also in the area where modern buildings are starting to rise. The two big malls in asuncion are just a few steps away. Restaurants and stores for shopping abounds. Transportation by taxi, bus or uber are so accessible. It is also in a very safe area. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. Their breakfast is excellent. The only minus point that I can give is the centralized airconditiong that you cannot control because there is no thermostat in the room and it can get very cold at night. Their hot shower and wi-fi all works well. All in all I enjoyed my stay in this small hotel and I will surely choose it again if I ever go back to Asuncion.

El hotel cumple con lo esperado, los Ibis no son hoteles lujosos pero si muy prácticos, limpios y para hacer un viaje corto es perfecto. Sobre el personal de recepción, la gente del turno de la mañana es muy superior a los de la tarde y noche, más atentos, serviciales y educados!!
