The hotel does not provide suitable facilities. Constraints on the lack of water at the hotel were not delivered beforehand, only delivered when I arrived at the hotel to check-in. Hotel staff suggest to refund, while the hotel does not have the capability to refund. Ope given just moved to another place. Other hotel staff are very unfriendly and give any advice. Hopefully in the future it can be better.

I have already booked & paid in full until the inn they said is not accepting guests because there is no water and they are out of responsibility

Guests are not given a room key, so every time you enter you must ask the guard who opened our room, not given drinking water, soap is not available, just give a handbody oyo, dirty room is not maintained, badcover bed sheets are rotten once the smell of other people's sweat, not replaced and not washed, dirty toilet, the room door is not tight or loose, enjoy your holiday here. The worst hotel! the room key was not held by us, the room was dirty, the sheets were not replaced, the trash can in the room was full of rubbish, the shower was not alive. Arriving at the hotel it was late and it turned out there did not receive guests first because there was no water. The receptionist asked us to check-it just couldn't be that nice. We asked to cancel from the hotel they said it was not big. There is no help at all to check in, move to another hotel or refund. Moldy sheets, the room seemed dark because of the selection of lights, wall colors and floors that do not match. Staff response is not very good. Hard mattress.

The hotel clerks are not friendly, the rooms are dirty, the pillowcases are the same as dirty sheets as not washed. really uncomfortable, give up do not want.
