My stay at Villa Wukir 11 was very comfortable, thank God. As soon as I checked in, the aroma was immediately noticeable. The place was also clean and tidy. The TV worked well, the only downsides were that it wasn't a smart TV and there was no Wi-Fi. There was no fan/AC, but Batu was already very cold. There were often food vendors passing by in front of the villa, so it was no problem if I got hungry at any time. The distance to everything was also close, to Jatim Park 1 and 2, Alun-alun, Bukit Bintang, Museum Angkut, and even a complete souvenir shop. Overall, I liked it, and it can be recommended for those looking for a comfortable family villa in Batu at a cheap price.

I want to come back again if I go on holiday to Batu.

The villa is very comfortable and easily accessible, with complete family-friendly amenities, a fully equipped kitchen for cooking, and close proximity to tourist attractions in Batu, Malang. Highly recommended 👍

Perfect cleanliness. Only the water is a bit dirty and in the morning on the 4th I don't know why the hot water didn't work.

The villa is nice, close to the angkot museum, the place is a bit into the alley, cars can't get to the front of the villa, it has to be parked in a public facility, so it's a hassle having to carry suitcases and so on. No wifi. There are 2 rooms but 1 is on the 2nd floor, you have to be careful if you bring small children. Going up and down stairs is dangerous. The bathroom is upstairs. The cleanliness of the downstairs bathroom is not maintained and there are cockroaches.

Serasa rumah sendiri. Tempat sangat rapi, bersih, nyaman. Recommended sekali. Saya suka.

Plus nya:- Suasana Villa termasuk tenang dan nyaman walau agak jauh dari jalan besar. Bagi yang tidak bawa kendaraan sendiri tentu agak sulit untuk sekedar belanja makanan.- Pelayanan staff ramah dan tanggap, walau TV di kamar atas channel nya tidak berfungsi, staff sudah dihubungi, namun info nya dari service TV chamel nya yang tidak bisa datang segera.- Air panas untuk mandi berfungsi dengan baik.- Kompor juga berfungsi.- Pagi-pagi ada paman jualan nasi kuning, nasi goreng, dan susu.- Malam-malam ada paman jualan sate lewat. Lumayan membantu. Minus nya:- Kloset agak berkerak kekuningan mungkin jika dikasih wipol atau vixal akan bersih kembali. Kamar mandi wc tidak berbau jadi masih lumayan.- Harus disediakan pel pelan, jadi konsumen bisa ngelap sendiri kalo habis makan biar lantai nyaman digunakan kembali. Note: konsumen harus bawa perlengkapan mandi sendiri (odol, sabun, shampo, handuk) karena tidak di sediakan oleh pemilik villa. Konsumen juga bisa membawa kopi, teh, dan gula sendiri untuk persediaan.

Clean place. Lots of people selling food passing by. Quiet and convenient location. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. There is a kitchen with fairly complete cooking utensils. Even though there is no air conditioning, the air is quite cold. Quite satisfied staying here. If you stay here, don't forget to bring towels and toiletries.

Small villa, no air conditioning but lack of air ventilation so it feels hot in the room, especially during the day. Simple cooking utensils, no rice cookers, no refrigerators. The parking lot is in a special area / not in front of the villa so if it rains you have to get wet to get to the location.

Very good crazy, exceeded my expectations, the price was really good, no regrets for taking this villa. The guard is always responsive and helpful, the owner is very responsive. Come at 11 pm was waited for. Thank you so much. I enjoyed it
