Condo was clean and lovely. However, company management (although courteous) was below standard. Example: we booked condo in lovely building, but when we arrived, the condo was not avaiable for us; they didn't advise us of this beforehand, and when I phoned them, they told us to go to another building 10 minutes away. Very complicated process for getting the keys. The whole experience was exhausting. Also, there were too many people involved on their team, and communication between them left us feeling very confused. We have used Airbnb at least 20 times with no problem, but I would never go through "Simply Comfort" agency again!
