The room wasn't very clean, so I hesitated to try the drinking water. The shower water flowed quite fast and smoothly.

The system is COD when checking in because there is no administration below, and the facilities are not worth it at all.

Check in, waited 1 hour, no staff, phone calls not answered, chats not replied, when it was my turn, I was not given a tap-in card so I couldn't get in and out, no wifi, dirty blanket

Very poor service, the room had no towels or trash can.

The room is different from the one in the photo, the mattress and floor are not as requested (in fact it looks like a bad boarding house), the walls are moldy and the paint is peeling, the bathroom has leaking water, the hallway is dark like a haunted building. The only thing that's okay is the swimming pool.

Not as expected, the room is not as advertised.

Pas masuk kamar apek banget dan keliatan horor, kasur pas di pake geser dari dipan. Kamar mandi sempit dan lantai berlumut. Seprei kotor pool ya allah kaya ga keurus. Dan satu hal, ada orang berusaha buka pintu jam 2 maleem loh ya allah pas keluar ga ada orang, kedua ada orang ketuk pintu pagi-pagi pas keluar ga ada orang. Bener-bener ganggu banget🥲🥲 niat masu istriahat malah zonk. Mana pesen 2 hari pulaa. Mending cari penginapan daerah malioboro aja deh kemana-mana deket.

The room was very unclean, the sheets smelled of sweat as if they had never been washed, what was even more surprising was that the towels were still in the bathroom in a wet condition as if they had just been used. I was really put off and ended up not staying here, unfortunately I couldn't request a refund.

Harga kamar naik 300 % lebih, mungkin karena high session. Pelayanan baik, bisa fleksibel sesuai kebutuhan konsumen.

Slot pintu rusak, AC kurang dingin, TV nggak nyala, perabotan kurang bersih, air kolam kotor.

Air wastafel kecil, dispenser air panas rusak.
