I didn’t stay. Expedia is charging me for something I didn’t stay at. Your hotel knew I wanted to cancel the Monday before, this is ridiculous. And Expedia is saying you as a hotel are refusing to refund a hotel night for a hotel I cancelled the Monday before! Absolutely ridiculous, and appalling

Stayed here for a quick overnight for a flight in the morning Hotel was nice and clean but one thing really stood out. I asked the front desk for directions to a convenient store nearby to pick something up. Lloyd gave me directions to one a few blocks away. I attempted to walk it but could not find it. Most signs are in a different language in this area. Came back and Lloyd asked if I found it and I said no. He didn't miss a beat and said "Lets go! I'll take you to it" He did just that and I found what I needed. Thanks to Sun also for watching over the desk while Lloyd showed me the way. Best service I have had at a hotel in long time!

Amazing Asian food in Flushing and hotel offers paid parking. Clean and nice staff. No refrigerator in hotel room.

Nice place to stay close to train station

The room is clean. The hotel is not far from subway. It is very good price for my staying. Staffs are very kindly and helpful. The hotel is situated not far from JFK and another airport. Many stores and restaurants are near the hotel. Check in and check out are very friendly.

I didn’t like that there was no mini fridge and toothbrush and toothpaste

This hotel should not be open for business yet. The building is clearly still under construction, and only part of it seems ready for guests. We stayed here after a party, hoping to rest the next morning, but that was impossible. On Sunday morning, we were woken up early by loud construction noises—constant banging and pounding against the walls. It was like they were doing major work right outside our room. I complained to the front desk, but nothing changed. The noise continued through the night and into the morning. What made it worse is that this kind of work isn’t even supposed to happen on a Sunday. It was completely disruptive and ruined our stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until they finish construction and learn how to respect their guests’ need for peace and quiet

The hotel is at a great location which is close to everything but distant from the noise. Walkable to subway station and many good restaurants. Rooms are spacious compared to other hotels in NYC. Friendly staffs and hotel shuttle are additional highlights! I will come back again!
