Not as in the photo, dirty room, broken plug, dirty bathroom (all rusty) & slippery floor, what's worse, there was blood on the blanket.. Very bad condition of the room & service. I had booked, because of early check-in added 50, it's okay, but because the room was very dirty, I ended up canceling my stay. I immediately checked out that afternoon.

The sheets and blankets smelled musty, and the bathroom lighting wasn't bright, using a slightly yellow tint. There were also used tissues and water bottles under the mattress, and the cleanliness was minimal, and the AC remote didn't work.

For the family room, it is very inadequate. Initially, I got room 222, the window could not be opened, the mattress was probably worn out, it was no longer suitable, if I requested to move rooms, I was given family room 505 which was located quite close to the corner of the river, for the mattress it was better, only the pillows, I swear they smelled of urine, for the room area like the one in the picture above, if you stay here, if you choose a family room, think again, just saw the comments that the standard type seems good, but I haven't tried it and don't want to try staying here again. Sorry, the hotel, it's better to try to renovate a little to make it habitable🙏

I stayed here for 2 nights. For the price of around 150-170, it was actually okay. However, the cleanliness was very poor. The bathroom was dirty, with tissue marks on it, and there were even cockroaches on the bed.

1. Strategic location 2. Room cleanliness is lacking, with dirty floors and walls. 3. Room amenities lack soap and shampoo. There's only one towel provided even though there are two guests, and even then, you have to ask the receptionist for one, and it's not readily available in the room. 4. The shower is broken and can't be used. The hot and cold water doesn't work either. The toilet bowl is broken and the water doesn't drain properly. 5. There's no Qibla direction for Muslim guests who want to perform their religious obligations.

Actually, the location is very close to Malioboro. However, please improve the cleanliness of the room, especially the sheets and other things, because when we arrived, the sheets and blankets were dirty. Besides that, the bathroom had a lot of spots that weren't cleaned. Hopefully, it will be better in the future.

The room is ok, comfortable, just the right size. It's just a shame the sheets and pillows need to be replaced.

Poor service, check-in costs additional tax on top of the application fee that has been booked, the bedroom is full of bed bugs, the sheets and pillows are very dirty and smelly, the mattress is damaged and not suitable for use, the bathroom is dirty and smelly & the drain is clogged, in essence this hotel needs to be repaired in all aspects, please repair it because it is not habitable.

The room costs 500 thousand rupiah, but the facilities and cleanliness are like those in a guesthouse priced under 200 thousand rupiah. Besides, the receptionist is also not very friendly.

I've checked in here three times, but the last time I checked in, I saw that the sink still had cigarette butts and tissue paper. So, in the future, please ask the staff to be more careful. 👍

Changed rooms 3 times, in the first room there were lots of cockroaches when I got into the bed, in the second room the bed was messy, in the third room the AC wouldn't turn off so I couldn't be bothered to complain.

I was really shocked, the flush button on the toilet seat kept coming out, the bottom of the door was holed, the sheets and blanket were dirty, I tried washing them with Bayclin and Citrun, the floor under the mattress looked like it had been spilled, there were lots of spider webs, there were ants, tomcats too, lots of mosquitoes, I actually only needed a few hours to rest but I didn't because I saw the condition of the sheets and blanket, so I just took a shower, so this is a lesson for me, hopefully I will be more careful in choosing a hotel, and learn to trust other people's assessments
