Amenities were great to have

Great front desk, housekeeping and club room staff. Everyone willing to help out if you have a medical issue! Food great in lounge, club and casino. Very quiet. Had a great view of Rockies from the 12 floor. Easy parking. Lovely hotel one bedroom suite has lots of room. Didn’t use pool or gymn or steam room but all looked great.

Our room was dirty, our TV didn’t work we told front desk. And no one came to fix tv. I clean our bathroom was dirty and I cleaned it . Also at a dinner in a banquet room my daughter felt the start of an allergic reaction. I asked the staff if they knew what was in the deserts, was answered with don’t know. Ask if there was nuts . Staff said don’t know. I asked them if they could check and was told not right now. Luckily enough my daughter is ok.

The rooms are clean with nicely updated decore. The amenities are good. Has breakfast at Hiy's and it was very good and reasonablely priced. My one complaint is that the pillows are all too big and pooffy. A couple smaller or thinner pillows would be helpful for smaller people
