All the staff were very friendly. There were plenty of play options for the kids. The water park area needs some maintenance to prevent it from being so slippery, especially under the tower, which looks neglected. Everything else was fine. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel atmosphere was comfortable. You can also fish. We'll stop by again next time.

Highly recommended for family vacations. There are many interesting destinations and facilities within the resort area. Whether you're just visiting or staying overnight, the price is well worth the facilities.

The important thing is that the children are happy and happy.

It was so noisy at 2 a.m. The guard didn't reprimand me, how could people hang out on the terrace so early in the morning? As a result, my child slept late. Even that morning, food wasn't allowed to be delivered to the room; it had to be picked up at the restaurant, and the latest was 9:30. I asked for takeout and was only given one portion, and wasn't allowed to choose freely, even though I paid for two portions at the hotel. This hotel is terrible!

For breakfast, a 3-year-old child was told to eat alone, not allowed to be accompanied by a parent. The voucher was for four people, and he wasn't even allowed to bring a friend in. Ugh, little kids eat so little.

The place is nice and there are lots of photo spots

Many buildings are being renovated because they are old, the food is just so-so, the rooms are quite clean, only there is an entrance ticket and deposit.

The rooms for the thypa type on the lake could be cleaned more and a refrigerator added for food because putting food on the table immediately attracts ants. More baggies for the thypa room could be added, and overnight stays should be free of tourist and parking fees. The TV could have Netflix. The children's play area could be improved and cleaner, and electric bikes and motorbikes could be upgraded. So far, it's been quite kid-friendly if the place is clean and there aren't many cars passing by. Private cars shouldn't be allowed inside, and motorbikes shouldn't be allowed either.

The room is not comfortable, the smell is not pleasant, there are lots of ants and caterpillars. The service is okay and fast. Many facilities are not well looked after. The AC is cold, the food is not to my liking.

The service is lacking!! Check-in was repeated until 3:00 AM.. Given a room that was still messy. Many complained upon check-in.

What I like most is that it's not too far, and doesn't have to deal with the always congested Puncak highway. It's not far from the traffic light at the Gadog intersection, turn right. The location is close to Camp Hulu Cai, both are great, fun, clean, and refreshing. Maasyaallaah. The food and the staff (even the gardener) are very friendly Maasyaallaah, I'm so happy.

Must come here again because it is suitable for a family vacation.

Staying with a large family at the Chevilly Resort tourist spot was quite enjoyable, we could gather and tour at the same time, the breakfast was also quite varied, the hotel had 2 free swimming pools, one of which was a paid water boom, lots of photo spots, the camp booking capacity for 4 was quite spacious, the broken flash WC was immediately repaired by the staff, the only thing that made us uncomfortable was 2: my nephew's leg was injured when it got caught in the wire on the stairs of the restaurant swimming pool & when we went home at the exit gate, the parking attendant who was guarding the exit turn held it and showed it to us 5 thousand rupiah, as if he was asking us to give him 5 thousand rupiah, even though we usually give 5 thousand or 10 thousand rupiah when leaving the hotel, but if the way it was like that actually made us not willing to give it because it was as if we were being ordered, that's all, the rest was good.

The downside was that the staff came into my friend's room at 10:30 am and it was too early to tell the guest to get ready to leave, they had to call first, like most other hotels and at 9 am there was no hot water for bathing.

I'll come back here again, haha.

A pleasant vacation. The area is spacious, clean, with good facilities, and there's a mosque. The food is delicious, with lots of choices. The staff is friendly. I'd love to vacation here again.

Honestly, I was really amazed by the environment. Clean, well-maintained, very spacious & nice. Very eye-catching. The breakfast was quite good, but because at that time I had a clash with an office activity, it was really overloaded during breakfast. I also tried the food court for dinner, the price was still affordable & not just cooked. The room was quite okay 4/5. The waterpark is paid again & I think it's quite pricey because we were already staying there but had to pay the price of a swimming pool in general, but there are still 2 free pools. The funny thing is there was fish food but no one was looking after it, so honestly we paid for it. Hopefully it lasts & makes a lot of improvements. Overall 4/5 for all
