The front desk guy was so helpful. Can’t remember his name, but he’s from Sabah, Keningau I think?

The staff is friendly and accommodating, the space of the room is quite limited, no toiletries are provided, there is a water refilling fountain on each floor, no tea or instant coffee in the room, breakfast is very bland, and the shower has no curtain or door so the bathroom easily gets wet after a shower.

The first day of our stay, the breakfast potatoes were half-raw. Fortunately, the second day, they weren't. The food variety wasn't extensive. The room was clean and spacious.

Early check-in is available. It feels like staying at home with a comfortable and clean bed. There's a coin-operated laundry service, and there's a food court across the street, so you don't have to go far. Thanks, Komune Living.

There are no toiletries at all. No free water or snack inside also.

The studio is spacious for one person. A bit far to walk to public transportation unless you know the shortcut to LRT. Limited halal selection opp the building at Southlink. TV has local channels only. Wifi is strong. Overall, pleasant stay.

The staff were really friendly and were very professional, though there was a long queue for check-in.

Everything is good. Fast check-in & out. Walking distance to shopping mall and LTR station. This is 2nd time stay here. Infinity swimming pool at roof top. Definitely will come again.

Cons: - Toothbrushes and toothpaste not provided - No sachet coffee or tea in the room - Water is refillable, not bottled - Please pay attention to the cleanliness of the sheets and bedding. Last night, there were bed bugs.

This was my third time here. I like the ambiance of the hotel. There’s also a laundry facility that we can use. Easy to get Grab.
