access from the toll road to the hotel is quite good and close, the view around the hotel is also interesting for jogging in the morning, but for the bed I got was not good as the bed had dropped in the middle so it was not comfortable to sleep and my body got back pain. oh yes when I checked in the room the AC I found was leaking, because I was going to stay for a long time so I asked for help to get it serviced and I was very happy for the fast response so the AC was immediately serviced even though I had to wait.

A very strategic hotel with educational tours for little ones

The hotel is great, it's cool, cool, cool, cool, cool

It's perfect for a staycation, the atmosphere is calm and comfortable. I'd also suggest upgrading the TV to a smart TV so you can use Netflix or YouTube. So far, it's really good, highly recommended.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and fully equipped with amenities. Breakfast offers a wide selection, and the air is cool and refreshing.

Even with a minimal budget, the facilities here are great, and breakfast is included. However, the Jatiluhur Reservoir is a bit far, about 1 km, requiring another vehicle. I didn't bring a vehicle to the hotel, so I walked there, which was quite a long way. However, the cafe staff escorted me to the hotel. Thank God, I got a chance to enjoy sunset at Kopi Tarum, and it was really cool. The hotel facilities are also complete and well-maintained: a children's playground, swimming pool, gym, and I haven't tried the spa. Access is also good, but the elevator was broken yesterday. Breakfast was also good, although the menu choices were limited, but everything was delicious. I even had the chance to try Mie Tektek, which was delicious. Overall, it was great.

Near Istora for catching the best sunset view only 3 minutes from the hotel but you need to have your own car. 🚗

The hotel is nice, clean, and comfortable. The food is okay, although lacking in variety. But for the price, it's still okay. Comfort-wise, it's great, but the soundproofing from the next room is a bit lacking, as it's separated by a bypass door.

The hotel was good, but it could be better than that. The bathroom was dirty, too much termite and fungus in shower. Toilet didn’t clean properly.

Please fix the point on the map because it is not appropriate. The edge of the gutter support pool has started to rust and is dangerous if stepped on and falls.

A good place to rest and relax and very close to nature, clean room, good food. Best.

The atmosphere is good, the environment is beautiful, the facilities are quite complete, but unfortunately the swimming pool is not well maintained and there is no water circulation so the water quality is not good.

Overall, staying at JVR is very pleasant with very complete facilities. There was a slight problem with the AC in room 126 yesterday, there was a drip. For those who booked via the app, the coordinates are WRONG, please update. Because yesterday following the map from the app, I got lost at a resident's house.

I went there with my family. It has a great ambiance and good surrounding. Went there just for holiday but ended up being a historical tour, which is great and satisfiying. Sure will consider it for another visit in the future.

Staycation at Jatiluhur Valley Resort is really worth it! The place is so cool, surrounded by nature lakes and mountains that make you relax. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and the view is amazing. The food is delicious, the staff is also super friendly. The kids also really enjoyed playing in the pool and play area. I will definitely come back here if I have the chance!
