The self-service laundry facility is great for longer stays. While waiting for the washer to finish its job, we can sit and relax on the 6th floor—it was great. The ensuite kitchen, even though small in size, does the job perfectly fine. There’s a bus stop in front of the hotel which can take you directly to Novena and another bus stop across the hotel which can take you directly to Bugis, Bencoolen, and even CBD/Tanjong Pagar. Loved everything about the hotel, it was a great stay.

Always happy to stay here, highly recommended especially for those who would like to stay in Novena area.

Since I’m in Spore regularly for chemo treatment, I find this hotel as a very convenient choice. My husband and I always stay in one bedroom premiere and it’s always good. Spacious, I could prepare a special meal for him, I can wash since there’s a washing machine in the room, and we can welcome family and friends who’s visiting us since we have the living room. So everything’s good, I would highly recommend this hotel. Also for small family with kids, the hotel has a very nice not too big swimming pool.

Convenient location, just steps away from the bus station. Room is fully equipped, staff is also very friendly.

I always stay in this hotel, my husband has been doing treatment in Novena Specialist Clinic. So it’s very convenient for us. This hotel is surrounded by good food. A Vietnamese small resto right beside the hotel, Balestier Bakuteh is just around the corner, and Whampoa hawker center is somewhere across the street. Awesome. Not only that, the hotel is very clean. They have a small kitchen in each unit, so I can prepare meals for my husband.

The hotel staff is friendly, close to the bus and right in the city center so there are less food spots around, etc. However, to get to all areas it only takes 15-30 minutes by bus.

Strategic and clean, safe, close to everywhere.

It is a nice hotel/serviced apartment except checking out is disaster. It is close to a big food court and fairprice is within walking distance. The room has a nice stove, cooking equipments, a microwave and a big fridge. My kids also love the pool and the playground. However, checking out is a nightmare if you try to check out early in the morning (4 am in my case). I went to the reception office with my luggage at 4 am and it was locked with noone inside. Because I was in a hurry, I decided to just leave the hotel for the airport. However just for courtesy I called the hotel with my cellphone on my way to the airport. I was asked to return the key to the 1st floor (I was confused in the 1st place because there was nobody in the 1st floor). I then asked the taxi to turn around half way on my trip to the airport. A staff waited for me outside the 1st floor to collect the key from me. This is just a bizarre, expensive and stressful checking out experience all around which ruin my schedule.

Citadine balestier room is exactly like in the pictures. All the equipment are new and working well. The bed and pillow are very comfortable, the rainshower is nice, the shampoo, conditioner and bath soap provided. Hair dryer is of good quality. Kitchen provided with 3 different pot and pans of good quality. Sink, and dishwasher soap provided. Everything is nice in this place. The deco & furniture are of good quality and modern. The only minus point is the housekeeping isn't well maintain as dust could be seen in all the corner of the furniture and floor, inside drawer and cabinet. When the housekeeping come and clean our unit, she only clean the bathroom, do the bed and vacuum the floor very quickly. No wiping or moping. Location wise, the bus stop is right in front of the apartment. To take MRT, we need to take bus as it is 4 bus stop away. Foodies are around 15 minutes walk to many restaurant and food court.

Very good hotel. With all the pot, utensils available in the room for cooking. Just need to wash everything before you use it: pretty dirty for some of the items probably due to long time no one using it.

Had a great experience staying here! The staff was really friendly, and the room was in great condition. The location of the place isn't too bad, with a restaurant downstairs and a mart that was very well stocked and surprisingly had a good range. Just opposite there's ABC if you'd like some Indian cuisine or supper feels, and a ntuc 10-15min walk away. The Kitchenette was well equipped with pots, pans and everything you would need to cook a meal, you just need to bring your own ingredients! The mart downstairs did provide lots of options to cook for your stay. Would definitely come back here again for a longer staycation!

easy check in and check out process.. and it is quite near to some market.. if no covid best.. I can eat all the nice food at the market... now can only taobao back to eat..

Very pleasant, friendly staff, clean place

Accommodation according to what is in the picture. Rooms are quite spacious & very clean. The decoration arrangement is also pleasant, and the facilities are complete. The kitchen set is also quite complete. Plus, we can get a lot of air circulation because the window can be opened, including in the bathroom. There are also quite a lot of storage rooms and glass with a large size. Although it is quite far from the MRT, but right in front of the hotel there is a bus stop which is very helpful so it's not a problem. quite close to a small mart. Very satisfied staying in this apartment and certainly if I go to Singapore again I will return to stay here.

Citadines Balestier Singapore is a serviced apartment with a quite strategic location, only 10 minutes from Newton MRT Station and 20 minutes from Orchard Road using bus as you can find a bus stop right in front of the apartment. You don't need to worry about finding food, because this hotel is close to Whampoa Market Food Court and it only needs 1-3 minute(s) walk to reach the convenience store, such as Cheers and 7-Eleven. Citadines Balestier Singapore aparthotel has only been operating since September 2019; therefore, every furniture is still in its best condition. The room is pretty spacious and it has kitchen equipment ready to be used. You don't have to be worried about storing your carried items because you can find a lot of things you can use as storage in the room. However, there are only 3 days of housekeeping service per week because this is an apartment. Drinking water is always ready at the lobby and it's free flow for the guests, though you can always drink from the tap. The hotel staffs are very helpful during the check in and check out process. The only thing lacking for us is because the bed is rather small as it is only queen size (160x200cm). We would feel more satisfied using a king size bed; but overall, we are very satisfied during our stay in this aparthotel and we would definitely stay here again during our next visit to Singapore. Thank you!
