Excellent hotel

Everything was amazing!

Superior in customer appreciation and service. The most accommodating and friendly staff. I have been a parker client for years but im officially moved to four seasons for all my travel thanks to this visit. Thank you gor a beautiful stay. Celebrated my moms birthday with a girls wrekend trip, tthey went the extra mile and never made me feel like a burden. I am very appreciative. Bravo, 4 seasons!

This hotel is an urban oasis. The minute you step through the doors you will feel a sense of relaxation. Its beautiful, chic and everything from the exquisite room to the service is impeccable. My favorite home away from home when I'm in Boston.

The best hotel in the city . Not only I use it for personal reasons but I also bring my company outings to One Dalton❤️ The staff makes it all spectacular … keep up the great work !!!

I didn't like the one on one restaurant. My table was so close to the table next to me that a skinny teenage kid could barely squeeze between tables to exit his table. My bench back was curved in a way that made it difficulty to sit comfortably for breakfast. This is because my table was squeezed into the end of a large curving bench. My chair back was came at a 60 degree angle rather than a flat chair back. The food was just OK. The towels in the room smelled like the ones I had from high school. It's like they were washed with no detergent. The water from the faucet and the shower was very weak. It just took longer to wash my hands and to shower resulting in no water savings.
