Check-in early because there was a test at Gunadarma and allowed to enter even though the check-in hour was 12, the room was mopped back and the officer (male) father was polite and friendly, WiFi was fast. Thank God the room was downstairs because the wife was not allowed to go up the stairs. Plenty of food around and not too noisy from the hustle and bustle of people passing by. Parking is quite spacious.

There is no intention to clean up, when the complaint is answered, all rooms are the same because they are not yet prepared -, - but just keep it quiet. The employee (male) was unfriendly and disrespectful, entered the room without knocking the door 3x while we were women. When we asked to go out, he said refund via Traveloka. After we submitted a refund, the owner gave us the wrong reasons. Until there is a chat with the owner, he still wants to refund. Yes, gpp. Hopefully blessed to pay employees so that they can be more diligent in cleaning the rooms and the attitudes can be better. I don't just enter a girl's room without knocking.

From the first time I got bad service, plus the room had cobwebs, the bathroom was dirty, the TV didn't work! And no water to make tea / coffee very very bad!

The room was pretty clean, the bathroom was also just that the TV was unclear not clear.

Room ok with that price ,but the service is not, and so noisy at night we cannot sleep till 3am.

Everything is pretty good, the AC is not cold, why is it hot, like not using AC, and can't get breakfast either, so it's really just for sleeping.

Cheap price = cheap quality! 1. Very unprofessional receptionist who doesn't even understand the online booking system 2. WC Clogged and no direct handling! 3. Wi-Fi (which is said) has been broken since arrival, even though the Wi-Fi password doesn't know how to lose it!
