The villa is highly recommended. There is 1 bedroom on the 1st floor, and 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Each room has AC. The kitchen facilities are complete, there is a refrigerator, dispenser, and a functioning water heater.

The villa is clean, spacious, there are two extra beds so it can fit 9 people. Complete home equipment too. Here come here again.

I stayed 3 days 2 nights with 10 family members, very satisfied. - The villa is very clean and comfortable, located in the Perum Permata Garden, which is clean and safe because it is guarded by security. The address is also easy to find. - the facilities are complete and functioning well: 1. Bathroom 2 with hot water that works well complete with soap & shampoo and towels. 2. The kitchen is complete, there is a refrigerator, dispenser, rice cooker and gas stove, as well as eating/drinking utensils. Sugar, coffee, tea are also provided. 3. There are 3 rooms with soft double beds, complete with air conditioning. Don't worry if you have a lot of family members because 2 extra beds are provided. 4. There are also towels. 2.- The owner and Mr. Firm who take care of the villa are also very responsive and very friendly. I asked for permission to check in early because my train schedule arrived very early in the morning, unfortunately, thank God I could be helped. - It's quite far from the warung or Alfamart, I have to go to the highway. If you want to eat, you can grab food. On weekends, there is a food order service and free shipping from the residents of the housing complex, the menu is varied and very cheap. Next time if I go to Malang, I will stay here again.

Very clean, smells good. the water heater is on hot, provided rice, sugar, oil. Really happy there are 2 extra beds so total bed 5. Very satisfied, free WiFi really good AC runs fast 2 rooms, 1 room on floor 2 right corner the air conditioner is not tight enough. top anyway, yes it is minus TV but no need for a good TV at that price.

The hot water often turns off, the atmosphere is quite pleasant.

The location is easy to find, the villa is clean comfortable, the kitchen equipment is complete, suitable for me and my family vacation in Batu. There is an extra bed that can also be used for children to sleep under the room.
