Newer hotel. Very nice amenities. Very clean. All the restaurants on the property were good. Best resort I've been into in Jamaica.

We loved carville, conroy, hayne super great ppl and the hostess of the lobster house and magna ( can’t remember her name.) the grounds are beautiful. The food is delicious if you’re up for walking, that’s what you’ll do… they willl come pick u up w a car. This place is so peaceful everyone is happy and nice. We were in the excellent club with a junior suite room with a swim out pool. The best.

I like that there was a lot of amenities that was an additional cost and you didn’t feel forced by the staff to tip. As far as what I didn’t like was the nightlife activities/ entertainment could’ve been better.

The resort is beautiful and feels authentic. It’s also incredibly clean. The staff is really nice and courteous. It’s a 5 star experience if you’re ok not exploring nearby areas of the resort. It’s very secluded so you can’t just walk around the area outside the resort (which was totally fine for us). I will say I expected more of a beach but the surf is very short. I don’t know if all the beaches are like this but just know that this one is.

This property is beautiful and very relaxing it also has an amazing beach. I would not recommend the rooms with a private pool as they are shaded in the morning and evening, we never used our pool due to no sun. I would recommend staying in the beach houses they are directly on the beach with beautiful views. We went to the beach everyday, was able to get Bali beds and chaises with no problem with no extra cost. Beautiful resort I would definitely recommend, we have stayed at most Excellence resorts, this one is definitely the nicest.

Excellent Property, Staff, Cleanliness, dining experiences. The only recommendation I have is they do not have a Lunch Buffet. That would make all the difference.

The resort was beautiful with a great beach area. The food and the restaurants were very good.

The staff was the highlight of my stay. The Jamaican people are some of the most vibrant, friendly, creative people I’ve met in a long time. Each of them seemed to genuinely want to have a good time with the guests and make your stay memorable. The food was very good, my favorite spot being Spice, for the hibachi and the sushi. I stayed in the main building above the restaurants and one of my only complaints is that you could hear the dishes clanking at meal times and when servers were setting up for dinner. So, if you do not want to hear those noises, I would try to book a room in a different building. In the suite I was in you could also hear all the music from the shows that went on in the theater and events in the sports bar. If you aren’t attending the events and are looking for a quiet room, that building is not the best. Overall though I enjoyed my stay and the resort and staff exceeded my expectations. I will be back in the future to explore more of the resort on a longer trip. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars all around is due to some cosmetic issues with the room, the noise from restaurants and events that made it hard to relax on the balcony. Otherwise I have no complaints!

My husband and I celebrated our 5 year wedding anniversary at Excellence Oyster Bay and was impressed by EVERYTHING and cannot wait to return. From the staff, property, food options and events, we were blown away and more than satisfied.

Service was tough at Spice and Caribbean Grove. Lunch and Dinner took too long and was not efficient. The best service was Chez Isabelle…Everton and KaFira were great!!! Overall, property and experience was wonderful!!! Loved the privacy of the property!!!
