The apartment is not part of Ocean Villas Hotel and is owned by someone else. On arrival we found our apartment by speaking to the reception at Ocean Villas as there was no one to great us and advise us how payment was to be made. The key was left outside our apartment. We were informed that the owner would contact us and that we would pay the owner. After 5pm on our last evening there the owner sent his cleaning lady to collect money from us. We did not have any rupees on us and had just got back from a catamaran trip. We told the lady we did not have money right now as we did not know we would have to pay in cash and we asked if she could come back at about 8pm as we would have been able to draw money by then. We were exhausted from our day trip and did not want to go into town immediately. The lady proceeded to phone the owner who was extremely rude to us demanding that we take the lady with and draw the money immediately as she will not leave without the money. His attitude and the way he treated us was completely unprofessional and he implied that we did not want to pay him yet how were we to pay him if we never even saw him and he never arranged a time for payment. The accommodation itself was ok for self catering purposes and it was a quick walk to the pool and beach. The apartment could definately be cleaner. I would definitely not return to this place. The way the owner operates and treats guests is completely unprofessional.

Generally it was a comfortable hotel with attractive pleasant surrounds. Beach facilities and water sports were good. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to be assist us in any way.

LA MAGGIOR PARTE GESTITA DAL SIG.CLIFFORD , E LE RESTANTI (COME I BUNGALOW N.20 E 21 DOVE SIAMO STATI) GESTITE DA UN ALTRO PRIVATO CHE NON SI E' MAI PRESENTATO E CHE SIAMO RIUSCITI A CONTATTARE SOLTANTO DOPO L' INTERVENTO DELLA POLIZIA DUE GG DOPO IL NOSTRO ARRIVO. EXPEDIA NON PRECISA CHE LE OULIZIE NON SONO QUOTIDIANE E CHE IL PROPRIETARRIO NON DA SLCUNA ASSISTENZA SABATO E DOMENICA GAS NON FUNZIONANTE, ACQUA CALDA AD INTERMITTENZA, CASSAFORTE BLOCCATA (CON SPESE DI INTERVENTO TECNICO IMPUTATE A NOI!!). NONOSTANTE IL NOSTRO BUNGALOW FOSSE NEL RESORT DEL SIG.CLIFFORD QUESTI NON CI HA IN ALCUN MODO SUPPORTATO NE DATO ALCUN TIPO DI AIUTO TECNICO, ANZI NON HA RISPOSTO ALLE NOSTRE RICHIESTE DI ASSISTENZA, VIETANDO AL SUO STAFF DI AIUTARCI.SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE QUESTA STRUTTURA

Ocean Villans Apartments isäntä oli tosi mukava ja avulias. Järjesti meille kuljettajat ja retket mitä pyysimme. Siisteydessä olisi ollut pikkusen parantamisen varaa. Paikan ravintola oli epäsiisti, mutta me kävimme syömässä kylällä. Huoneiston sijainti oli ok. Allasalue oli erittäin pieni.
