Great location! Large supermarket nearby. Room was clean and large, comes with free rental of games and children toiletries. Room has a washing machine which we fully made use of. Awesome stay and would return again!

It was a pleasant stay with them. They have a 24-hour front desk that can speak English quite well. I never see any front desk that can understand English very well in Osaka, so I'm quite amazed by them. They are very friendly too! The room was clean. Tatami was quite comfortable to sleep on. Very spacious room that really fits a family with kids. There is a washing machine in the room, and you can dry clothes in the bathroom. Very near Aeon mall (just the next block). A small distance from Kyoto Station. We would come back again when visiting Kyoto next time. Thank you ☺️
