The hotel is in a perfect location, was clean and roomy. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The amenities were great.

Decent hotel for tourists, away from city center but near a subway station

Everything was great, except not functioning or super slow internet connection in room.

Was pretty short but nice, the breakfest was pretty good! I enjoyed my stay and should the need arise I will stay here again :)!

Very good on the whole, but shower head still needs fixing.

Reasonable hotel for brief stay,good breakfast

at first we are not happy that most of the 10 car spaces in front of the hotel were reserved (presumably for VIPs). After waiting for less than 30 mins we were able to find a space at the back street which is free. The breakfast is good, free icy drink, coffee and hot chocolate are available 24/7 outside the breakfast room is a bonus, especially in summer.

I was told the parking in the street was free but got a ticket. The main floor was under construction/cleaning of the floors and the restaurant was not open in the evenings. I would have booked somewhere else if I had known the situation. not a 4 star stay

The hotel is situated in a nice area, across from the mall and near the water. The room was small, but sufficient for our needs. We were provided with coffee, hot cocoa and gluhwein, compliments of the hotel. The gluhwein was a nice surprise! The staff was completely professional and friendly. The only issue was the parking. Only a few (maybe 10) spaces were available on the hotel property. Otherwise, you had to park on the street, which was free, but available to everyone, so getting a spot could prove to be difficult sometimes. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice.

We had a 12 hour layover in Berlin and this property was perfect. Close to airport. Easy check in and check out. We did not use the restaurant or any other facilities. Took an Uber downtown and saw a few sites. Good value.

I liked the proximity to Tegel and the short walk to a U-Bahn station.

The front desk staff was very helpful. My only complaint is a minor one. They could not change dollars to Euros. We arrived late and that would have been helpful.
