Comfortable and clean.. 2x quite satisfied

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and found many positive aspects, particularly the comfort of the room, the cleanliness, and the friendly and cooperative attitude of the staff. Overall, the hotel is well-managed and provides a comfortable atmosphere for guests. As a long-time hospitality professional, I always appreciate efforts to maintain consistency in service, and this is evident here. The service flow is smooth, the staff understand their roles, and guest interactions are professional. This hotel has excellent potential and a solid operational foundation. With small improvements in several areas, the quality of service could be elevated to a more consistent and refined level. I appreciate the efforts of the entire team and look forward to returning in the future.

Very helpful staff, comfortable and quiet place to rest, close to a minimarket, accessible. However, getting to the shower was a bit difficult. Overall, it's okay.

Here's what I thought: (+) Location is strategic, near city center but neighbourhood area is chill enough for you to get the relax ambience to rest. A lot of food options, even in the front of the hotel you'll find burger franchise vendor, need a coffee? Family Mart and Indomart Point is just walk away, padang restaurant, warteg, warmindo or simply street food vendor are literally in the surrounding area. Wifi is fast and stable, I have no sudden disconnected problem at all Staff are friendly and helpfull The scenery from your window is actually great, particularly on the south side, you'll get the full scenery of Jakarta skyline. It also means you'll get a lot of natural light from the sun, and that's a good thing The room is clean and no strange odor Room for improvement: You can provide a small trash bin inside the toilet for the guest after finish their business, I had a hard time looking for a place to throw away tissue You also can provide a tray for the water pitcher and mug, small detail but will be a nice touch to provide Overall, it was a nice stay at Daffam Express hotel. overalls was great wonderfull service, just need more improvement for designated smoking area so people who's smoke know where's the place not everywhere(front the lobby, near the door) because people come and go through that door

Great location—within easy distance of Gambir Station and the food court area at Jalan Sabang. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a bit limited in space; I had to move some furniture to make space for prayer. The bedroom was clean, but the bathroom cleanliness could be improved. I really appreciated the idea of having a drinking water dispenser in the hallway—very convenient and environmentally friendly.

Really like the hotel, when I opened the hotel door it smelled cool, the room was nice, I felt calm, next time I want to stay here again

I've stayed here several times. The hotel is relatively close to Gambir Station, less than 10 minutes away. The hotel area is quiet, with plenty of eateries and a modern convenience store next door. The rooms are clean and quiet, and there are hot and cold water dispensers in the corridors on each floor. Overall, it's very pleasant.

The hotel staff was very friendly, and the rooms were clean. The downside is that you have to pay to borrow cutlery.
