price according to budget and according to expectations. when checking in security, the reception staff is friendly and very helpful. suggested that we watch live acoustic at the rooftop bar while taking a welcome drink. the room is minimalist, the AC is cold, in the bathroom maybe the shower area can be replaced with a floor / tricked so that the floor is not slippery when taking a shower. then the soap and shampoo place is moved to the shower tap so that it doesn't get stuck in the hand. complete toiletries, clean towels and linens. the welcome letter is not the name of the guest who checked in at that time, maybe the details should be changed when the guest has not checked in. the food menu if possible should not be all chicken, maybe it can be tricked with beef or other proteins. and please improve the egg station at the rooftop bar because it is not hygienic, because the staff has cooked the eggs and not covered. because eggs are very sensitive to bacteria when exposed to outside air, so that it is not a loss if the eggs are cooked a lot but not taken by guests. Maybe the rooftop area can be maximized as a breakfast place (guests can have breakfast facing the airport runway so they can get the view. It's a shame it's covered by a mini screen). Then there are too many plants that could make the rooftop area beautiful.

Good stay, very clean, great food, friendly staff. The room was very small with few surfaces to put things on.

Plus: The room is clean, tidy. Close to the airport, free airport shuttle. The staff are friendly. The restaurant is cozy, the taste is good, the price is quite affordable. The breakfast is also quite complete and delicious, nothing is a dud... I left my tumbler, please take it to the airport.. Thanks to the staff! Minus: The size of the room and the size of the bathroom are too small. The distance from the bed to the TV wall with the glass is less than 2 of my hand spans. The space between the bed and the TV wall is only about half a meter. The bathroom is too forced to use a glass partition, the width of the shower area is only about 80cm.. As a result, my hand keeps hitting the door handle. My suggestion is to remove the glass partition because it makes it difficult to shower.. Then the distance between the toilet and the sink is very close but still tolerable.. But why is there a glass shelf above the sink.. It looks aesthetic.. But it's uncomfortable for brushing your teeth and washing your face.. Your head hits the glass shelf. I think it would be better to put the shelf on the left or right side of the mirror. The comedy story, I thought the soap was out because it came out very little by little.. Well, when I called room service in the morning to refill it, they said there was still a lot. It just said the soap and shampoo were mixed up. So the night before I soaped my body with shampoo.. Then the room service only told me.. It wasn't fixed, so I fixed it myself because I felt sorry for the next guest who had to experience the same thing.. That's all.

Clean, nice and comfortable room

Hotel is in the main road opposite Sumbawa airport, placed before city area. Surrounding hotel can found some warung or small reataurant. The staff was very friendly and accomodating, Receptionist gave us the room in 2nd floor near balcony so we cam easyly see airport. Room was vozy, comfort but very small, also for bathroom size was small but clean enoug. Food was not so many variety but enough for breakfast. Car pak was goid and the security very helpgul to assisting parking. There was no Lift in this hotel, so need to use staircase

Overall good, the restaurant is cool and has a complete menu, the food is affordable and delicious. It's just that the morning and afternoon reservation teams are not in sync

The bath soap is not good, the TV channels in the room are limited.

Staff were very friendly and helped me shift to a more quiet room. It 's a new hotel with a delightful roof top bar and restaurant. Rooms are quite small but functional and well appointed. (note: no refrigerator). Smart TV, good aircon, but small external windows which need shading from afternoon sunlight. We rebooked to go back at end of our trip.

The hotel staff is friendly, and the restaurant menu is all delicious. Especially the fried rice is the best.
