The room photos are not accurate and dirty, hopefully others will not experience our discomfort. The walls of the room are moldy, the sheets are stained, the blanket is stained, there are lots of cobwebs, the bathroom facilities are broken, there is yellow moss, it is really not worthy to be called a hotel.

Still subject to tax, even though you paid on Traveloka, you're already subject to tax

The receptionist was not on standby so we had difficulty checking out in the morning, the room was okay but not very clean

We booked three rooms at this hotel. Upon check-in, the receptionist was unfriendly. When we checked in, we discovered the bed was torn, the sheets were missing, and there were numerous stains. When we asked for new sheets, the receptionist said they were still in the laundry. We decided to find another hotel.

Friendly service, already ordered & paid on the app, but when checking in at the location there was still an OYO cash tax of IDR 25,000.

Just buy bed sheets not far from the hotel, Rp. 100,000,-, then have a nice stay

It states that there is no maximum check-in time, but when I arrived at the location at 24.00, the gate was closed and there was no movement of staff at all. I have confirmed check-in via chat which gave me the hotel number from CS Traveloka at around 21.24, but there was no answer at all, so I had to check in at the hotel again, very disappointing.

It's surprising that they still ask for additional money, does this app never bother to reprimand its partners or what? Already paid the tax but they still ask for additional fees during check-in, I also read similar complaints in other comments.

Dirty room, musty smell, very dirty bathroom. Very unfortunate, good strategic location, big room, but very unclean. Cheap is okay but cleanliness is number one.

The room looks neglected. The staff asked for additional charges citing tax even though the payment in the app already includes tax.

The room booked on the application does not match the room given to the customer, the cleanliness of the bed really needs to be improved, the room smells musty, the toilet facilities are leaking,

dirty sheets, coincidentally I booked 3 rooms. none of them had the same facilities. some were given a kettle, some were not given glasses. you know, this is the first time I got an unsatisfactory Oyo

the place is clean, close to various beaches. comfortable enough to stay. the room is quite spacious, the AC works well. the cupboard is also clean. the waiter is very helpful. unfortunately there is only 1 small table. but comfortable enough and according to the price.

1. Please pay attention to the trash in the room. especially under the bed there is a lot of trash. 2. Some of the faucets are not working 3. I ordered through the Traveloka application. it says it includes tax. but after checking in, there is still tax. 4. The appearance of the bed is very different from the promotional picture

All good. Only the shower and toilet taps are not working.

In my opinion, it's okay for the cheap price, when I enter it will still be plus tax. Yesterday I took 1 room for 150k with tax of 25k so you could say 1 room for 175k. Cheap for a large room size. But maybe the cleanliness of the room (spray & blankets) could still be improved to make it cleaner because yesterday it was a lot dirty (either because it was a long time ago or because it was damp). There were some water problems too (the water tap was small) and another room for the toilet flush was damaged. But for this price it really helps if you are looking for cheap accommodation 🙂 but maybe it could be increased again... thank you.

bathroom = lots of cobwebs, noisy blower, rusty faucet & shower, no warm water option. Bedroom = bed 200x160, pillows spread out, plug provided with coiled cable, television directly above the head (how to watch while lying down) there is an empty space in front of the bed
