This hotel is wonderful and easy to use! Everyone remembers you and treat you so well

L'hôtel est magnifique et le jardin est vraiment très beau bravo aux jardiniers ! Nous avions réservé 2 bungalows qui étaient le 14 et le 15, très grands et très propres et le lit était très confortables. Par contre nous avions 2 ados et nous aurions préféré avoir une chambre double et 1 chambre twin. On nous a donné 2 doubles. Les animations étaient supers le soir bravo pour le choix des groupes de musique. On a bien aimé le buffet et le repas du dimanche soir à la carte. De part son emplacement notre bungalow 14 était très bruyant car il y avait beaucoup de passage + le groupe des assurances pendant notre séjour...Seul bémol on avait demandé une nuit supplémentaire lors du check in. On a appris par la suite que finalement il y avait de la disponibilité dû à des annulations c'est dommage on aurait pu prolonger au lieu d'aller au Neptune. Super garde sur la plage il est très discret mais bien présent si besoin.

Dans l'ensemble, c'est un excellent hôtel avec une belle plage et une piscine qui s'est améliorée au fil des ans. Mais je dirais que les pièces sont sombres - les fenêtres sont très limitées avec une structure en ciment à motifs au-dessus de la fenêtre - quand on est sur la plage, vous voulez des fenêtres du sol au plafond et des portes coulissantes. Deuxièmement, l'exercice L'équipement est très limité et vieux et fonctionne à peine. Enfin, il n'y a pas beaucoup d'offres pour les végétariens à l'heure du dîner.

I have been staying at the Royam for work travel since 2012. It never disappoints. The staff are warm and friendly. The food just keeps getting better and better. The landscaping is immaculate and beautiful. If the Royam isn't available, I move my work travel dates. It is world-class.

Very nice.. staff friendly but does not speak English .. but Google translate works fine. I would definitely stay here again !

Very comfortable and welcoming

This hotel is a gem. Beautiful setting, great beach and pool, friendly staff. A special mention to Bala and Pape for making this stay unforgettable. The rooms could use a little maintenance but that is only a detail. I can strongly recommend as I will definitely return.

I Love this place. It’s so heavenly. This was my second time staying there. Housekeeping does such a great job and the staff are amazing. Definitely book it if you are looking for a lay back getaway.

The staff was excellent! They were so friendly and helpful. I just wish Royam had a better parking situation. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Mid range French owned hotel. Staff service at restaurant really poor and slow. Complaint ignored by Manager as confirmed as passed on by Reception and no reason why no response.

I loved the unique individual cabin style accommodation, it gave a feeling that we were in our own apartment. However the one that we were given didn't have a mosquito net and we didn't report it until the last day. We were therefore bitten throughout the stay. There was some renovations going on in the next room. They were careful not to disturb us early in the morning which was good but there was waste and rubbish left outside our cabin which gave it a neglected appearance. The wider public areas were fantastic. We went half board. Breakfast great. Dinner - when there was a buffet great. Sometimes there was a set menu, choice was limited on these nights I ate more bread so I wasn't hungry. The beach was super, it was attached to the property, really clean and well maintained. The loungers and the parasols were all clean and there was enough of them for everyone. The staff and entertainment were really top and helpful. We took a walk around outside the hotel. It is surrounded by security to prevent beggars from harassing the tourists. As soon as you leave this area the local area shows that this area is very deprived, there is no activity in the immediate vicinity outside the hotel. I would absolutely stay again but would check that the room had a mosquito net before unpacking my bags.
