It's standard, hotel soup. But unfortunately one sometimes wifinya connection is not fast, rather slow.

Sudah standar, sop hotel lah. Tapi sayang satu kadang koneksi wifinya kurang cepat agak lambat dikit.

the receptionist seems like do not know anything about the booking I have made. the phone number call is not being pick up by the hotel.
