The check in was automatic, fast and easy. The room is spacious with a lot of amenities provided. The shower was hot and strong enough. The bed / mattress was comfortable. Everything looks so clean. I would like to say special thanks to the affable lady who cooked breakfasts for us! It was so warm.

It showed as a 4 star hotel on booking but it a very basic B&B, We stayed in a 4star hotel in Gozo and booked this for night before we fly but didn’t like it at all. Room is very clean and staff is very friendly which is the only plus point. Apart from that the room is very small , strong detail smell, breakfast room is tiny and congested. Though while booking it showed 13 minutes walk to airport but it is not. Not worth even half of the money I paid which was £120. Highly disappointed

The standard of the room far exceeded my expectations based on such a reasonable price we paid for a 1 night stay. Breakfast was included and the variety on offer was another pleasant surprise. Also, the lady who cooked us an omelette was lovely!

Somehow I was booked as a double and because of that I could not get into my room Had to sleep on the floor outside my room till another person with a passport used it to fool the computer into getting my room key That was at 4am Do you think I’m happy Whoever is responsible needs to figure out a way to make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else I feel that I’m due some compensation but doubt that will happen

The hotel was lovely. But the lack of present staff was a problem. The cleaning ladies that were there in the morning were wonderful! But after they left, there was no one present. That was fine for check in and check out. However, our second night, we didn’t have any hot water or water pressure and there was no one available to help us. We called the “reception” number they gave us but weren’t ever connected to anyone. I also had an issue with the twin to queen bed situation because they didn’t do anything but push the 2 twin beds together. They didn’t put a mattress topper or fitted queen sheet on. So in the night, the two beds pushed apart and I ended up sleeping in a crack. It would be fine if you don’t cuddle your partner though! Aside from that, the hotel was beautiful and clean, and the breakfast in the morning was generous and delicious! It is close to the airport which made it easy to get to our flight.

Really easy to check in late at night. Clean room & bathroom. Lovely breakfast with a lot of variety. Maybe offer a gluten-free bread option.

Issue with gaining access as self service machine didnt give card initially so i had to speak to someone using whatsapp that let me in room but had to raise issue with IT and deliver me a new card but she couldnt confirm how ling it would be. Anyway i tried to get a card again from machine and worked after i put the room number after the reference which i wouldnt of thought was needed Conveniently close to aiport, bolt only €5, comfy bed, and nice breakfast but would only recommend for 1 night stay if you dont mind self service check in (and might encounter issues as per other reviews)

We had a wonderful stay. All the staff were lovely and very accommodating. The bedroom was clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub and private balcony were a big plus. Breakfast was great, with freshly made eggs and warm croissants each morning. Parking was easy, and the location was convenient for getting around by car. The only small downside was the limited restaurant options nearby, but since we had a car, it wasn’t a problem. Overall, a perfect stay for us!

This was my first fully automated check in process and it went smoothly. The hotel is well-built and clean, and only a 15-20 minute walk to the airport. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with bus stops nearby. A great place to stay, particularly if you have an early flight out of Malta.

The room was very clean and well cared for. Amenities were slightly below average. Quiet neighborhood but not near transportation. Good and bad. Manager actually walked with me to find a taxi. She went out of her way to help me!! She made staying outstanding!

Very close to the airport. Not many restaurants in the area. No soap or shampoo in shower.

I can't really rate staff and services.... Because it was self serve checkin and we had a very early check out....so we miss the breakfast.

We booked it because it was so close to the airport. Clean, comfortable beds, nice breakfast. The bathroom had plenty of hot water and a nice shower. There were enough towels.

The property is close to the airport. The room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is nothing much to do nearby. You will need to catch a taxi to get to all attractions.

20 minute walk from Airport through road tunnel under runway. Hi tech check in and a great breakfast. Great for a long layover.

Waste of money. We booked for 2 adults and a child, so we requested for an infant cot which the page says it provides. I then followed up with a message and further two WhatsApp messages. There was no cot, so we barely got any sleep with an infant rolling around us on two single beds pushed together (we asked for a double). There's no Reception at the hotel, so we could not get a cot when we arrived. They sent me 4 or 5 WhatsApp messages but just not acknowledging my repeated request for a cot. I would have cancelled if I had known.
