Water heater fail. Pool dirty. No wifi. Karaoke system fail. Floor Staircase nearly broken

comfortable for families especially with small children

The accommodation is clean, comfortable, there are many mattresses, the bathroom is clean, the caretaker is also very helpful and fast, okay

For the place and facilities are ok, the road entering the villa area is very small, Mr. Edy and Mang Abud are quite friendly. Too bad there are ants everywhere, from the garden next to the villa it seems.

I'm not satisfied. In the photo it looks spacious, even though in reality it is smaller, from the building to the parking lot. Then, for a complicated location, go quite far in and only 1 car can go on the road, if there is another car from another direction you have to pull over. Then a lot of furniture started to break down. And what was worse was the mattress and pillows were dirty. Indeed, there are many mattresses available. There is 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, 2 sofa beds + mattress so it can fit many people. But yeah, it's dirty. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned for a long time😒. Plus, the stairs are really steep. Plus, it's a private swimming pool so you can be free, just us😊

The villa is not clean. The swimming pool is also not clear.

Bagus, tempatnya bersih, ramai penduduk jadi ga serem, nyaman, kolamnya juga bersih.

Kalau cuma satu malam gak cukup, karena tempatnya nyaman, pelayanannya juga bagus, next kesana lagi, terima kasih Villa Buyung

Coba diperhatikan kembali. Terutama untuk kebersihannya, slah stunya pengalaman nginap kemarin (air minum masih menggunakan guci keramik bukan dispenser air yang biasa ada panasnya) guci tempat air, tamu disediakan 2 galon air isi ulang. Pas galon pertama abis kita mau ganti galonnya pas diangkat ternyata guci airnya banyak endapan kotoran. Keluarga kita sudah meminum habis 1 galon baru tau pas kosong. Dalam guci kotor. Pantas saja pas air kita buka kegelas ada beberapa kotoran ikut kebawa. TV tabung, sofabed, karpet dan bangku-bangkunya, mungkin sudah harus diganti. Semoga dengan masukkn ini bisa ada perubahan lebih baik agar tamu lebih nyaman kedepannya dan bisa kembali lagi menginap.

For high season prices, in my opinion, it's still worth it, the guards are friendly and the response is also quite good if there are any problems. For the villa area it's not scary, it's just that the view is normal because it's in a residential area. There is warm water, although sometimes it's hot, sometimes it's not. For bed linen, carpet, sofabed it would be nice to have it replaced because it's a bit itchy.

It's great to be able to stop at this place. The owner and caretaker are friendly. Thank you to Villa Buyung for providing a pleasant place and facilities.

Classic villa, feels like coming home. Comfortable for holidays with family, clean, service is okay, water heater works well. Kitchen equipment is okay, you don't go hungry because you can cook anything and can make any warm drink. Just put it in, in the big pool make steps, the tall ones aren't that hard to get up. Thank you, sometime you want to gather with your family there again.

Villanya tidak terlalu luas tapi cukup worth it untuk harga under 2juta saat weekend apalagi ada kolam renang privatnya (kolam anak-anak & kolam dewasa) kolam renang air bersih cuma ya ada kotoran kayanya dari lumut batu-batu pinggir kolam & pohon-pohon di atas villanya. Aksesnya masuk gang perkampungan warga & harus yang jago bawa mobil karena ada satu jalan yang nanjak + sempit. Water heater nyala di kamar mandi deket dapur, tapi kran dapur rusak gabisa ditutup jadi dapur becek terus. Kurang peralatan makan, ga ada mangkok & sedikit garpu, apalagi pisau tumpul semua dan ga ada gunting. Pas dateng baru masak sebentar gas udah abis jadi harus beli sendiri. Flush toilet berfungsi, awal air agak kotor tapi lama-lama jernih. Kurang selimut tambahan, ternyata kalo malem dingin juga. Mamangnya ramah tapi cuma dateng sebentar pas check in & kalo butuh apa-apa hanya via WA jadi pas check out juga ga ada mamangnya. Overall lumayanlah buat liburan keluarga yang dadakan.

Maaf fasilitas kolam berenang airnya kotor banyak endapan di bawah kolam, air kamar mandi sering tekor/airnya kecil keluarnya. Akibatnya mandi bergantian karena kalau pake kamar mandi semuanya airnya kecil banget.

Good service, friendly villa guards, only access to the entrance is a bit narrow because it's in a village, it's better to add WiFi and AC to make it cooler. So far okay.

The road to the location is narrow, the water is not good, the security is not good.

The place is clean and comfortable, perfect for a weekend getaway with family or a hangout for young people. Recommended.
