The area was ghetto. Parking was limited and hotel smelled of weed. Carpet needs to be cleaned or removed entirely. Room was really small.

It’s a decent place for the price however the room floors was very dirty and the room smelled like a smokers room. Also I asked if someone could come and clean the floor and do something about the smell, the guy at the front desk at the time of my check in said he would send someone I waiting over 2hrs and no one came. I went back the speak to the man and come to find out his shift ended and was no longer there. So I cleaned the floor myself. Also it took over 4hrs for me the get an iron as the rooms dosent have any. Would have been nice to know that in the booking details

Basic hotel. It’s also a short stay hotel so if you book online through hotels.com you won’t be required to pay a deposit when you arrive. They are very strict with showing ID for your guest so please be aware they will treat you like your someone who is trying to sneak a group of people in so if you have a guest just bring them to the front so they can take their information but God forbid that person doesn’t have their ID they will deny them. The security guard is there just in case anyone gives them a problem. I guess there’s a lot of human trafficking concerns since they have that information posted in the front as soon as you come in. This should certainly give you an idea of the vibe and type of hotel this is. The bathroom however is surprisingly immaculate.

What made it more likable for me was the staff I've been there a few times before and I love the way that make me feel there and never been rude never treated me bad always polite always nice and if I had any problems they would fix it right away

You should only stay here for a short stay or if you need to be at the location. Although the room was clean, it had an unpleasant odor. Also, the hallways had a cigarette odor. We have to get your room keys activated every day which was annoying. The maid did not clean the room daily or knock on the door to see if we needed anything.

I stayed at room number 209, toilet doesn’t had any lock , lock was broken, no toilet mirror inside toilet, no water inside room, no room service, too much bedbugs.

The staff tried to be as accommodating as possible, but was limited as to what they were able to do. The smell of cigarette smoke and pot was overwhelming!!! The TV only had streaming service, couldn't watch a simple live news program. The toilet paper was not reachable from the toilet seat. There was no simple hook in back of the bathroom door to hang a robe or towel. No grab bars in the bathtub. The most disturbing thing, the elevator was out of order for more than 24 hours. Yes, there was only two floors, however the staircase did not have a handrail, thus someone with limited mobility had difficulty navigating the stairs. Additionally, there was no out of order sign at the elevator, thus one waited and waited, and finally figured out that the elevator was broken. Simple things that could have made a bad situation somewhat not so bad.

Would not give me an explanation on why I could not get aroom

I had an early tee time at the nearby Links @ Ferry’s Point, and this is the closest hotel/motel. Placed in the basement room. Sheets dirty. Water pressure suspect. TV over internet didn’t work, and no direct cable access. If we are honest? It’s not far from what I expected, but still hard to give it anything more that what it is… a 2 star motel.
