Great location inside Punta Pacifica Mall. Hotel is great for long stays multiple family members. Hotel staff was very accommodating.

I enjoyed my stay at this Marriott. My suite was roomy and comfortable. The service was excellent. My room was cleaned nicely every day. The breakfast Buffett was delicious. My only complaint is that I was given a handicapped room when I didn’t ask for one. The room was still nice , but I prefer showers in a non handicapped room. But I would definitely stay here again.

The property is great. However, using the TV in my room was impossible. The first night, it was impossible to enter a code on my phone to Chromecast to the TV. It was impossible for the Netflix app to open. The second night, the TV just didn’t turn on. I gave up on the third night.

The Residence inn in Panama is at a great location. Easy access to great restaurants, close to a 5 star mall, and great location for rental launch into the rest of Panama. The rooms are clean and roomy. Great kitchen with all you might need . The breakfast was excellent with a selection including omelet bar . I strongly recommend staying at this great resort.

Loved the friendliness of the staff! The pool was excellent. Conveniently located close to grocery store Super 99 and the Ubers came fast. They gave us a handicap room which the shower didn’t work but they came quickly to get the water flowing. Having a kitchen and laundry facilities was a great benefit. And the coffee at the included breakfast was always good and hot! Very good experience and I would recommend and stay here again.

The staff was good. The breakfast was very good and the morning staff was excellent. Very good service. The lady who made the omelettes was great. I didn't like the room. The windows look at the mall, not the outside. It was extremely dark even during the day. I wish they have gave us another room. We stayed for 1 week and were able to enjoy the pool only 2 days. The other 5 days it was under mantainance. I wish they have told us beforehand. We chose this hotel because of the pool. They offered free transportation to the pool in another hotel but it wasn't that convenient. Hope they can solve these issues.

Stay was great! We first got a dingy room that looked into the mall but after asking a few times the staff accommodated us and gave us an outward facing room. Rest of stay was wonderful

Good location and helpful staff

The hot water in shower was often uneven and lukewarm. And the tv channels info often did not correspond to what was pkaying

We had every convenience at hand and would highly recommend this property!

Absolutely wonderful experience for my first time in the country. From the staff to the facility itself, everything was great! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Panama City! Will be back!
