Clean, comfortable hotel, enthusiastic and friendly staff, impeccable service... A wonderful experience at ANIO

The hotel is great. From the reception to the security guard to the service and the room, everyone is lovely. The room is spacious and clean, the swimming pool is big and beautiful but unfortunately it rained on the day I went so I could only swim for a while. The hotel has bicycles to ride into the old town, a great experience. Highly recommend.

Good breakfast, nice room, nice pool, friendly staff.

The staff did not check the items in the room carefully, and then came down to report the loss of the laundry bag. My mother had to turn over her bag, her bag, and search through all the dirty and wet clothes. In the end, the laundry bag was in the room. Such unprofessional work is unacceptable.

A great value for money boutique hotel. Rooms are comfortable. Only issue is that the room walls are too thin. Outside noise can be bothersome if you are a light sleeper

Khách sạn mới, đẹp. Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình và thân thiện, khách sạn gần bãi An Bàng nên rất tiện đi lại, có xe đạp free của khách sạn, xe bus miễn phí vào phố cổ. Khách sạn hôm mình đi có mình mình là người việt nam😂 Highly Recommend nhaaa, nếu đi Hội An nhất định sẽ quay lại đây
