Very good place for being like a home!!!

Great way to stay near the airport.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the prices were reasonable, and the staff were lovely.

It was okay, except that contacting the reception desk during check-in was a bit difficult.

I was quite disappointed with my experience at this hotel. The room was not thoroughly cleaned, smelled musty, and the furnishings were outdated. The bed linens were not as clean as expected, and the bathroom drained slowly. Some of the equipment in the room malfunctioned, affecting my comfort during my stay.

The bathroom drain is clogged and the water is not draining at all. There is a severe water leak in the sink area. The bathroom floor is very old, worn out, and extremely slippery, which is a safety hazard.

The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful. Everything was generally good. The only downside was that the towels were a bit old, and some were dirty.

I booked a room for my friend for the night of June 27th. Upon check-in, many lights were off. My friend wanted to change rooms and was helped from room 301 to 302. After the change, she forgot a pair of shoes and a watch in her old room. The next morning, when she asked the cleaning lady, she said she had just cleaned the room and they weren't there. Could the shoes and watch have just disappeared? I've been trying to contact the reception for two days now but haven't been able to reach them. What should I do to contact the hotel and get my belongings back?

I was very satisfied with my stay at the Havana Airport Hotel. The check-in process was quick and smooth. The front desk staff was very friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any guest needs. The hotel room was excellent, clean, spacious, and comfortable. The in-room amenities were fully functional, including the cool air conditioning and a working water heater. The best thing about this hotel is its proximity to Tan Son Nhat International Airport. This is perfect for travelers with early morning flights or those just arriving in Ho Chi Minh City who want to rest without a long journey. Overall, the Havana Airport Hotel offers comfort, good service, and a strategic location. I will consider staying here again on my next visit.

The room wasn't clean; there was a clump of hair from the previous guest, the towels and pillows were old and needed replacing. There were no paper towels, only two clothes hangers, and the hairdryer was unusable. The air conditioner blew directly onto the bed, making it too cold, and even on low setting it wasn't cool enough. The hotel is near many restaurants.

The location is convenient, and the rooms are clean and airy. However, the air conditioning is probably working at full capacity during the hot season, so it's not very cool; it feels a bit warm.

Review: 1/5 Stars – Only good for the location. Pros: Very close to the airport. The building looks nice from the outside. Cons: • Broken AC: The unit only blew warm air. Staff insisted it was "on," but I had to sleep with the balcony door open just to survive the heat. • Disgusting Fridge: Opened the mini-fridge and was hit with a rotting smell because it was broken/turned off. • Poor Hygiene: Bathroom cleanliness was subpar. • Unprofessional Staff: At 6 AM check-out, the staff was asleep and wouldn't wake up. I had to leave my key on the desk and hope for the best. Verdict: Not worth the price. I’ve stayed in much better places for the same money. Don't get scammed by the photos—maintenance here is non-existent.

The dryer is broken, the soundproofing is poor, the walls are damp and moldy, and the ceiling trim is coming off.
