The accommodation is no longer collaborating with Traveloka, the payment has been successful but cannot be refunded, so where should I complain?

Penginapan nya udah ga bekerjasama lagi sama traveloka, pembayaran udah berhasil tapi ga bisa di refund, jadi saya harus komplen kemana?

Bed sheets, pillowcases are dirty and need to be replaced... cleanliness is lacking... location is okay...

sprei,sarung bantal kotor kliatan jsrang diganti...kebersihan kurang...lokasi oke lah...

The bathroom was a bit dirty, the old building and the TV remote often faltered. The good thing is that you can check-in and check-out as requested.

Kamar mandi agak kotor, bangunan tua dan remote TV sering tersendat. Bagusnya adalah bisa check-in dan check-out sesuai request.
