My Points

The female hotel staff are not friendly at all, the hotel is above the 3rd floor with only stairs and no elevator, if you want to stay here it is better not to bring heavy luggage, the room is not cleaned and the best thing is that it is only close to Akabane station.

Staff hotel wanita tidak ramah sama sekali, hotelnya di atas lantai 3 hanya dengan tangga dan tidak ada lift, jika ingin menginap di sini sebaiknya jangan bawa koper berat, kamar tidak dibersihkan dan yang terbaik hanya dekat dengan stasiun Akabane.

Unless you really need a cheap place to sleep...
It's close to the station, but paying on-site is cheaper.
